    They call me 3-5 times a day claiming I filled out an application with them. I've never filled out an application nor have I ever owned a business.

    They keep calling me every day from different numbers, leaving me voicemails. I just want them to stop calling me. I have unknown numbers automatically sent to my voicemail, because I get spam calls multiple times a day. I just want to be placed on a DNC list and be done with it.

    keep getting calls saying this is response to something I filed out, never did. Calls are constant, several times a day, go right to my voicemail. I want it to stop. immediately.

    I keep getting calls from this company and have never filled out a form or otherwise given them my contact information. They call me every single day, multiple times a day to the point where I feel harassed. I have tried blocking the number, but they just call from a different one. I just want them to stop!

    Business keeps calling and calling from different numbers. They say it's regarding my application which I did not ever fill anything out and never heard of this company before the nonstop spam calls. I received sometimes 3 or 4 calls a day from different numbers leaving an automated message. I block the numbers and they continue to call from different numbers.

    Rep *** was very passive aggressive in the way he demanded my personal information, when I stated I didn't feel comfortable disclosing certain personal; info as my SS# or Banking info he proceeded to get mad , I stated to him before I give you my bank info can you send me the paperwork to review via my email while we are on the phone to review exactly what i am getting myself into before relinquishing my bank info for a payment to be taken out right away on the 30th of June 2023. he proceeded to say nothing in life is free , i dnt want nothing for free but not going hand over my bank info over phone without reviewing the contract or necessary paperwork to make sure i am in agreement with all the terms within that contract. *** got mad & hung up the phone on me . I must say the lack of professionalism, poor customer service this rep provided definitely made me feel like I just dealt with a scammer. Its sad to say but with all the scams currently going on the consumers have the right to be hesitant when proving personal info over the phone , especially if they are refusing to send you the documentation requested while you are both on the phone , in the event i had questions on anything within that contract that i had to E-sign. I just wanted him to assist me & clarify whatever doubt I made of had. Instead he disconnected my call like a 3yr old child with a tantrum that didn't get what he wanted. Worse experience ever . I would make sure to leave my review on every social media avenue , yelp etc. to make sure no one else has this horrible experience. VERY questionable when they refuse to send you the paperwork to review but expect you to E-sign them But not until you give them all your personal banking information.

    After carefully listening to the recorded call between our representative and the client, we understand their frustration and would like to provide our findings. We acknowledge that our representative made multiple attempts to explain the process and requirements for generating the contract. They genuinely tried to convey that without the necessary information, we were unable to generate the contract.

    Furthermore, our representative emphasized that once we had obtained the required information, the contract would be promptly sent to the client for their electronic signature. Additionally, they explained that they would go through the contract together over the phone, ensuring that all terms and conditions were thoroughly understood before signing.

    We would also like to address a specific point that was raised in the complaint. When the client expressed their uneasiness, our representative promptly responded by offering assistance in the form of providing multiple review sites and scheduling a follow-up appointment. This was intended to give the client ample time to conduct their own research and make an informed decision without feeling rushed or pressured. We would like to bring attention to a specific moment that occurred toward the end of the call. As the complainant continued to speak over our representative, our representative, displaying professionalism and courtesy, kindly wished her a great day and concluded the call.

    We would like to extend our heartfelt apologies to the client for any inconvenience they have experienced. Their feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to enhance our services and provide a positive customer experience.     On 5/29/23 I was contasted regarding debt relief which was a joke because they tell you to stop paying your bills and let them go to collections!! Also they informed me they would do a soft pull on my credit and that it would not effect my credit score-- a blatant lie as they went through my full credit report with me and my score fell 22 points!!I'm on hospice and disabled at my home and both my husband and younger son have passed this should be considered a type of elder abuse!!

According to the call transcript, you expressly authorized a soft pull of your credit information to assist in processing your application.     I reached out to TurboDebt in search of credit card relief. After speaking with ************************* via phone, he requested to run my credit and when I inquired about the possible impact on my credit score he told me it would not be a concern, and proceeded to ask for my SSN. I declined providing it over the phone, but said I would be happy to review an application and provide it online or via email. He then told me I better get used to providing my personal identifiable information over the phone and sent me an email with links to their ****** reviews and Consumer Reviews website. When I continued to decline, he became extremely pushy, speaking over me and raising his voice, despite my repeated communication I wouldnt provide a SSN over phone and hung up the call on **** no longer wish to be contacted by this business due to the disrespect. A legitimate business would not require I provide PII via phone.
