Well, you start off with turbo debt. The next thing you know you end up with *** and from the beginning when I clicked on the link,it said that we do not sell your information. Im still getting calls today from debt relief companies so yes, you did sell my information. No question about it and then the young girl talked me into this and I shouldnt say talk me into it I did it onmy own free. Will listen. Im gonna be with you right to the very end if you need me for anything if you need to ask a question all you gotta do is call me well guess what Now all of a sudden that girl is missing in action shes left the face of the Earth because I have tried to call her a couple of times and I get is somebody in f****** ****** or wherever the h*** they are so I got lied to and this is after I left her araving review because she was she was very good about convincing me this was a way to go. I dont give a s*** about that. I dont give a s*** about that. Ill figure out the s*** on my own. Im not dealing with anybody else. I expected her to be there But its being lied to that. I dont accept thats where you ****** up cause if you lied about that youre lying about probably just about else now I also noticed on your webpage. These people have a h*** of a lot more debt. Theyre monthly payment is lower and their term isless so I dont know how the h*** I ended up getting ****** over unless you just put them people on there to make it look pretty, which is what Im pretty sure youve done so that thats probably a lawsuit right there but Im Im just Im never gonna recommend you guys never its never gonna happen.Business Response

We take all feedback seriously; however, during our review we noted that some of your messages contained profanity directed at our staff. While we understand your frustration, we must maintain a respectful communication environment for both clients and employees.

At first the ***resentative was very nice but my alarm bells starting ringing as soon as he started pushing very hard for me to just sign up without fully understanding the process. Even with the *** being very rude, I tried to politely explain that I wanted to do more research. He still would not take no for an answer until I just hung up. Despite me being on the national DNC list and blocking every number they call me from, these people still call me every single day. For a company that pretends to be here to help people, your employees are rude, pushy and make this all feel like a giant scam.Business Response

I was interested in a debt consolidation loan on ***********. I received a call from Turbo Debt LL unaware that they are not a loan company or a bank. I have no interest in doing business with them. I want them to stop calling my cell phone number. After viewing the complaints on BBB, I'm glad I didn't get involved with them.Business Response

My name is ****** ***** and I recently began the intake process with TurboDebt. However, I have since decided not to move forward with the program. On July 16, 2025, I contacted my representative, ***** ******, and clearly requested that all of my personal information be removed from TurboDebts records.Despite this, I have not received confirmation that my request has been honored. I am formally requesting that TurboDebt permanently delete all personal data and documentation associated with my name and file. This includes any information submitted during intake or initial assessments. I do not authorize any continued retention, processing, or sharing of my personal data.Should I not receive confirmation of this deletion within 10 business days, I will escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the ************************ (***), my states Attorney General, and any applicable consumer protection agencies. July 13, 2025, I reached out to this company after listening to a program on X22 Report and feel like I was scammed. Area code given to me from **** at Turbodebt was *************************************************** via phone . I reviewed me debt with a gentleman and he asked to do a soft search with my consent and to provide home with my SSN. Upon his search, he tells me that ************** is my home state. This is untrue. I told him I live in ******. He said that hes sorry that he cannot help me and ended the phone conversation quickly.Business Response

These people keep calling me they start from 6 am to 9 pm non stop I never initiate their service I never shared my information with them they try using different area codes in ********** they even use area codes all around ***************** when I call these numbers back its the same woman with a heavy Indian from ***** accent!!!!! These are the people our country allows to rob us blind or what?! I pay taxes for this crap?! You guys over there got to get it together and get these type of thieves gone from our country they think theyre smart because they use voip numbers so no one can track her but Im on to her and Im going to get the geolocation of her **** phone and go knock at her door and confront her crooked ass!Business Response

Our records indicate that this individual did, in fact, engage with our services by filling out one of our online forms and initiating contact through our live chat platform on three separate occasions: May 26th, June 6th, and June 16th, 2025.
During the June 6th interaction, the client scheduled a same-day appointment at 2:45 PM but did not answer the scheduled call. The client then returned to our site on June 16th and requested an immediate call; however, once again, they did not answer when we attempted to reach them.
All follow-up outreach attempts were made solely to reschedule the missed appointments and to provide the assistance the client initially requested. While we understand how frequent contact can be frustrating, it was only initiated in response to the clients own outreach and interest in our services.

My most recent contact with this firm occurred near the end of Mar. 2025; I provided all information requested and spoke with a couple of representatives, mostly ******* ******, several times.However, Mr. ****** and I had two appointments to speak on the phone to finalise the specifics of my arrangement to negotiate down my debts. Both times, Mr. ****** not only failed to ring, as he had promised to do, but 1. gave me a lame excuse for failing to do so (like being on another call, which should not have prevented him from texting or emailing me to reschedule); 2. expected me to be available at a time specified by him, but not necessarily convenient or even feasible for me. AS well, though he referred to materials we were to review together, he never sent me ******** a result, I no longer wish to work with this firm, who clearly does not respect my time or take their obligations seriously; I've communicated this to Mr. ****** but am concerned that they'll keep contacting me, as they have other past customers, and/ or fail to dispose of my data securely.Business Response

After further investigation and looking into the communication between the specialist and the client we do see there were scheduling issues. While we do our best to make schedules work we do see the specialist did have to move the appointment which was communicated to the client ahead of time. Also there is a text from the specialist trying to get a better time but the client did not answer until the next day. In addition we do have the email where the specialist sent out the information requested and the answer from the client. We are sorry that we were not able to make the client's schedule work and have placed this client on the *** list as requested. I am rejecting this response because I did not receive any communication re: rescheduling the appointments in question; each day when I was due to hear from the "Specialist," I kept an eye on my phone around the scheduled time but did not hear from them; when I followed up to find out what had happened, I only got excuses, but no mention of any attempts to reschedule.I also, as before, demand that this "business" shred or otherwise securely dispose of any personal information they may still have on me (name, address. *************************************** and not contact me again.

Turbodebt will not stop calling after I use online services to apply for cc or loans.********************** relief is the same.I have had to change phone carriers and phone numbers resulting in loss of connections, jobs, bills are not paid as a result of those companies tacking on charges and interest as a result of this, and I have had a lot of unnecessary stress from all of this harassment which is also preventing me from obtaining and keeping a sustainable income.Business Response

Turbo Debt keeps calling me from all different types of numbers coming from ******* (********, **********, **********, and ******) all hours of the day starting 7 am and going 9pm and beyond. I am writing to formally notify you that your company is in violation of Missouri Statute ********, which prohibits unwanted telemarketing calls to individuals who have explicitly requested to be removed from a call list. Despite my clear request to be removed, I have received four additional phone calls from your company regarding a hardship loan, which I neither need nor wish to ********* is my understanding that under Missouri Statute ********, you are required to cease such communications once a removal request is made. Furthermore, your failure to address this matter via email or any other means has left me with no alternative but to take legal ********* this time, I am offering your company an opportunity to resolve this issue outside of court. I am seeking $2,500.00 in restitution, which I consider a fair amountrepresenting 50% of the potential damages I could seek in a lawsuit.
