5 starsMy name is Esteban *******, I am 63 years old and I have been suffering from lower back and my right shoulder, I have been on physical therapy for more than 7 months and the progress has been slow, but a month ago I bought a NeuroMD and I have started to improve a lot. I had pain 8 or 9 on the scale of 10 all the time, after 3 weeks with my NeuroMD my back pain is 1 to 2, and my shoulder is 3 to 4. My equipment suffered a damage from the beginning because the carrier hit the box, from that moment John Customer Care Specialist solved the problem in a very professional and fast way. 5 starsI have been using the NeuroMD device since July 2020. I have had low back issues for years and was facing either surgery or pain injections, neither of which I wanted. After seeing this device advertised and reading the clinical reports I decided to give it a try. I followed the recommended steps for the device and did the recommended stretches (very important) . This program has worked for me and I still use it 4-5 days a week to keep my core muscles strong. I highly recommend this program and my thanks to *** for his great customer support!NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.

5 starsA few weeks ago I submitted a review that was a bit negative because I hadn't seen much improvement in the pain I was trying to reduce. However, after trying several methods of using the device, I think that the way I'm currently applying it on my legs for sciatica pain is definitely a factor in more relief. It appears that time plus trial and error will eventually produce a satisfactory personal result. Also, I've had some splendid communication with ***, who has been a most helpful advocate for my journey. His responses to my questions have always been prompt and to the point. I appreciate that very much.The NeuroMD technology may actually be the answer to pain alleviation that I've hoped for!Thank you for a product that could be basically 'life changing'!NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.
