    They had me signed up under false pretenses. They stated that they could prove that they had given me extra phone calls and business leads which I can prove is not true! they canceled both zoom meetings to set up my profile both meetings were canceled and they would call 10 minutes after to try to set up another day. I never received any emails with my link that it was up and running. I did check with personally ****** and ****** in my business never popped up. I asked friends from other places ******* and ****** to check and still my business never came up. When I canceled the services, they changed their tune have been way more rude now I'm receiving for the 10 plus calls a day from them. They refuse to return my initial fee of ******. The supervisor extremely rude yells at you on the phone. He only wants his voice heard not trying to hear my frustrations. If you're small business save your money this is a scam! so is Yelp and Meta...

    I was contacted by Apex Media Solutions online prescense. The salesperson promised that they could help after bad mouthing a competitor that took my money for 6 months with no reults, so I switched to ****, who has also now taken my month for another 7 months with no visible benefit in return. I was bounced around to 3 different sales people and account *** missed scheduled follow up meetings and just don't add any value, but have no problem with the automated billing of my credit card. I have called and emailed and got every excuse in the world on what to do different and how they have helped, but I was adamant about just cancelling service and they declined to reimburse last months charge on the day I got the notice but assured me they would stop it and today I get another invoice. If you press the number for sales they answer, if you press with a billing issue, they don't. Shady business practices and do not recommend. They did nothing noticable to help my business be more visible for the $1750 to date and counting. Had to cancel the card and dispute the last 2 months because they have an inability to do what they say they will do.

    They had me signed up under false pretenses. They stated that they could prove that they had given me extra phone calls and business leads which I can prove is not true. The only time this company posted in my behalf or edited anything on my ****** profile was when I called to complain that nothing was happening. When I canceled the services, they completely took away all of my ****** business Information, including the information I had already successfully been doing myself. So now no one can even find me on ******.

    I was contacted by Apex Media Solutions about a marketing campaign. The salesperson promised that they could get our company up on ****** within a few months. After a few months the calls stopped and the excuses started. None could tell me who the salesperson was that made the promises. Whenever they called they tried to upsell me. The contact person kept changing and nothing was being done. I kept explaining that the salesperson promised me that I would see unbelievable results in a few short months. They did nothing constructive to help my business after spending close to $2000.

    This company is a ****. After I agreed to sign up, I did some more research and realized I made a mistake as the work they were doing could easily be done in 15 minutes myself and they were charging $200. I called and emailed within an hour to cancel and they told me the work had already been done. I tried to cancel charge on my credit card and they are actively fighting it. Horrible people to deal with.

    I was happy with them in the beginning, they did help me fix my ****** account and get it active. But every monthly meeting seemed like a sales gimmick to buy more. And when i asked to cancel contract due to my business needing to free up funds. Again trying to get more money stating i had to buy out, even though the contract signed states I can cancel anytime with no restrictions listed after. If you choose to work with them just watch your back with them.
