  I worked with ******* for a full year on boosting my online presence and find ability. I really appreciated her services specifically as she was always very kind and encouraging and did what she said she would. My business grew steadily month-to-month. Nothing huge all at once, because thats not the nature of what they do. But over the course of a year, I really feel like it made a difference. I started getting clients from further and further away. She didnt pressure me to spend more, or upsell me. I would definitely recommend *******.

  I had a long conversation with ******* before we started anything. I appreciated that they didnt try to sell me right away. I run a fitness studio, and we were barely getting any online bookings. After they looked into it, I found out we werent even listed on some key platforms. They handled all of that. Now, weve had several new members say they found us through a search.

  This company helped me launch social media pages for my pottery studio with all the right touches photos of my work, class schedules, and a branded look across each platform.   Jovan is a very good Account Manager for Apex Media. In fact, he is the reason why I have decided to stay with the company. I had at least a half dozen different contacts before I got connected with him and I was very frustrated because it seemed to me that information was not being passed on smoothly from one one rep to the next. That all stopped when I finally met Kovan. He is genuinely interested in my business and thoroughly knowledgeable about building compelling Google Business Profiles. I feel like I have accomplished something after speaking with him every time. In fact, I'd like to have more than one meeting a month with him because I have a lot more development to accomplish. He gives me very good advice and it's obvious he has a lot of experience. Also, he is very patient with me which is very important because I am anxious to begin receiving contacts from real prospects. I would rate him 5 stars, two thumbs up and a 10 on a 10 point scale. I would recommend him to your other reps as a model Account Manager who provides the professional support and encouragement we need to get our business up and going on the major voice recognition search engines. He is very well organized and gives clear and concise instructions on how to perform certain functions necessary to get and going. He is also punctual and flexible in scheduling meetings. Plus he is a Master of Zoom and can walk me through complex processes associated with development issues. I feel good that he is helping and supporting me in my efforts to bring my business to the major search engine platforms.   We worked with Apex Media after noticing our site barely loaded on mobile. They redesigned it from the ground up, ensuring everything ran smoothly across devices. The change in speed and layout has been a significant improvement, especially since most of our traffic is now mobile. I didn't think it would be such a big deal, but people stay on the site longer and contact us more often now.

  I was contacted by this company and was convinced they could help get more traffic in seaches for my company and that my competitor was a customer so I agreed as soon as I hung up I did a review search and they were not good so I called to cancel 30 minutes after we talked they said someone would call me then the next person called they would have to get someone else to help me I emailed them to cancel and then I had to wait till Tuesday to call back because no one ever called me and then when tI did get hold of them they said they would cancel but I couldn't have a refund because they had already done done the work to set me.up.

  They had me signed up under false pretenses. They stated that they could prove that they had given me extra phone calls and business leads which I can prove is not true! they canceled both zoom meetings to set up my profile both meetings were canceled and they would call 10 minutes after to try to set up another day. I never received any emails with my link that it was up and running. I did check with personally ****** and ****** in my business never popped up. I asked friends from other places ******* and ****** to check and still my business never came up. When I canceled the services, they changed their tune have been way more rude now I'm receiving for the 10 plus calls a day from them. They refuse to return my initial fee of ******. The supervisor extremely rude yells at you on the phone. He only wants his voice heard not trying to hear my frustrations. If you're small business save your money this is a scam! so is Yelp and Meta...
