    I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team for enabling voice search for our floral shop. Whenever a Google Assistant user orders flowers, our name will now show! This is one of the biggest changes made to accommodate customers who are short on time.

    Watch out! **** is a very unprofessional company to work with. The salesperson assigned to me actually hung up on me when I declined the $500/month fee he was pushing so hard. It took telling him "no, sorry" 3x and he finally angrily overtalked me and hung up. Further, the phone numbers they give don't work. There's no such thing as entering the bogus extension numbers they gave out. And they DID NOT do what I paid for with the $20/mo. + $199 initial activation fee. I wanted to fully back out and be fully refunded after the horrible experience with their pushy salesman. They said they couldn't reimburse me because once "the process" was set in motion, it could not be reversed. But when I ask friends to see if my business comes up on ****** or Siri, etc. it does not. Not a single one. We're going a different route!

The first ****** I talked with at Apex media was ****! He was very honest and didn't promise the world, he told me to give him some time and be patient.     This business is a predator when it comes to honest, small business owners. I received a call from them about originally setting up the businesses voice search. After a brief discussion I had agreed to pay them to list me on 5 major services. Then they sold me on an account specialist, that has only tried every single month on a scheduled 30 minute call to sell me something else that I can't afford. What am I actually paying you $250 a month for? Wasting 30 minutes of time that I can no longer see a client, or take a client phone call. They have promised to fix my ****** business listing, which has only gotten worse. They have charged my business cc on file multiple times without prior authorization for fees for another service that I did not authorize after the first month of the "promotional price(Which I never even saw anything for that month). They are now trying to shove a $1000 fee for a website that I do not get any preview of before charging my card. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of a supervisor without any word back, expect from the "digital marketing specialist" assigned to my account. Do not trust this company. ***************** doesn't even have a ****** listing so I could leave them a honest review their as well.

    It has been a wonderful experience working with ****. They have brought a lot of innovative ideas that have really boosted my presence online and Im so glad that I made the decision to work with these individuals. Courteous staff, very professional. reasonably priced versus some of the quotes I received elsewhere, so I definitely feel I received a great bang for the ***** My rep ******* has been an absolute joy to work with. She is very kind, very responsive, very professional, super proactive, listens well, and has come up with a tremendous amount of great ideas that have boosted my online presence immensely. Would recommend to others for sure!
