5 starsResponded very quickly. ***** my service rep was very professional answered my concerns. Explained my issues and was able to fix quickly. Overall very pleased with Rocket Service. If my need for future services are needed I will definitely be calling Rocket Services.

1 starthe five year warranty expired 6 weeks ago on my washer. and few days later it started shaking when in spin cycle. i called for repair service. next day ***** comes out an hour late and takes off the bottom panel and says all four shock absorbers were broken and would cost between 50 and 80 dollars each. with his labor would total between 4 and 5 hundred dollars to repair. then added i needed to buy new washer.. when he left i went on line and bought a set of 4 shock absorbers for 39 dollars. next day i did the repair myself in one hour with no experience, and i am 79 years old.. so i paid 99 dollars to listen to a pack of lies.. would never recommend this guy !!Rocket Service LLC

We are sorry your washer failed weeks after the warranty expired. Unfortunately we do not have any affiliation with the manufacturer and therefore cannot address warranty issues. We are aware there are many aftermarket parts for sale online that provide parts at a significantly lower cost than an OEM parts that we supply. Unfortunately we could not offer any sort of warranty on these parts therefore we don't supply them to our customers. We are glad ************** properly diagnosed your ************ were able to get it working based off his diagnosis. 1 starI had Rocket Services come look at my dryer at my business. They completely misdiagnosed the issue saying we it was an electrical issue. I had to pay Rocket Service $125 for this misdiagnosis. So I had to pay $100 for an electrian to come look at it. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the electric. They said it was just a new heating element was needed. So I had Rocket Services come back out to change out the heating element and to recoup some of my money. They then charged me $406! Mind you this is a $30 retail part and less then a 5 minute to switch out the elements. After this i called the office multiple times to speak to someone about this. Instead of getting a call back, the owner of Rocket Services went to my business page acting to be a customer and wrote a negative and slanderous review about ******* business. Thats right, instead of calling me to hear by displeasure with their services and price gouging, ******************************* (One of the owners of Rocket Services) decided to be deceptive and act like a customer and leave a negative review. So sleazy. Also, side note, on any give review page one of the few 5 star reviews Rocket Service has is from ******************************* herself. Its pretty sad that the owners have to act like customers on there own page just to get a positive review to offset the many negative reviews. Pathetic.Rocket Service LLC

This review is not accurate whatsoever and should be removed for all the falsities it contains. Your were refunded for the electricians service call as you requested and we returned and repaired your dryer for you. The repair cost was $308 + sales tax for *************** dryer. It is beyond unfortunate a small business owner would behave the way you have. You have treated our phone operators, our technicians, and our owners poorly. You have lied and slandered multiple businesses online in your revenge attempt. I have never left a false review for our company- another lie. I am sorry we could not make you happy, despite fixing your dryer and refunding you but your behavior is beyond acceptable, unreasonable & you should truly be ashamed.Review fromDaniel Michael Kutzer

5 stars*** came out from crosstown late in the afternoon on his own time worked very fast found the problem fixed it and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. I give him a 10 out of 10 for service, professionalism and knowledge of the job.Rocket Service LLC
