Bryan at Rocket service came to our house twice over the last 12 months for two different appliances. He quickly diagnosed the problems and made the appropriate repairs efficiently and professionally. I was very impressed.

I paid $99 for a technician to come out and do a diagnosis for my washing machine to be repaired. He came out and said that the soap dispenser was clogged and he spent less than 10 minutes "unclogging it". He said that was the reason why it was leaking water from the soap dispenser and not draining the water from the water softener compartment. That same day I let him know that the diagnosis was incorrect and the washer still had the same problem that it had before he came. He then said that I needed a new soap dispenser which i was fine with. I asked him if he could email me over an estimate. After calling 4 times and begging and waiting over a month for an estimate to be sent i finally gave up and requested a refund. The manager refused to give me a refund. I needed an estimate in writing to submit for reimbursement and never received it. This was poor custumer service. You shouldn't be received verbal estimates and begging for something in wiring after you've payed your money.Rocket Service LLC

Were truly sorry for any frustration caused by our oversight in not sending the written estimate you requested after your call. Our technician went above and beyond during the $99 service visit by performing a complimentary cleaning of your washing machines soap dispenser to try to resolve the leaking and draining issues at no additional cost. When this didnt fully address the problem, we promptly provided a verbal quote for a replacement dispenser and invited you to follow up to proceed. We regret not sending the written estimate and acknowledge this was a mistake on our part. However, we were surprised to hear your refund request two months after the completed service, as we had not received further follow-up about the issue. For over a month i had been requesting an estimate in writing that i never received. Cleaning the soap dispenser did not fix anything. An incorrect diagnosis is useless and doesn't solve anything. The technician left me in the same condition that he found me. No estimate in writing and a broken washer. What did I pay my money for?Review fromJen W

I made an appointment to have Rocket Service to how to service my ******* refrigerator. *** called me to advise me that he was Running ahead of schedule and wanted to know if that would be all right. He called me as soon as he left that resident told me that he was heading my way. He quickly reviewed the situation on the Fridge and within minutes, he had found the problem and went over the issue with me. ***, was excellent, professional As well as very knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its repairman. They were prompt in coming out and diagnosing the problem with our dryer. Likewise, they fixed it promptly and even though the repairman had to come and disassemble the machine, a second time because one part was incorrect we were not charged any additional amount. The Service man was Polite, efficient and arrived when he said he would. I would have no problem recommending this company to any friend.Rocket Service LLC

We are very pleased with the service that *** gave us. Our ice maker was really malfunctioning. It was running water down the back of the freezer instead of filling the tray. It had formed a large block of ice preventing the ice maker from working properly. *** was very diligent in finding and resolving the problem. We are happy to have ice again.
