5 stars*** was a consummate professional. He was so respectful and courteous and thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He obviously has extensive knowledge and experience not only in servicing washing machines but also in customer relations. He's probably the nicest serviceman I've ever dealt with. He's certainly an asset to your company. Will use him again as well as recommend him to my friends.

5 starsI'm a repeat customer and each time, the tech arrives within the estimated time, is friendly and extremely knowledgable. He didn't mind me observing and asking questions. 1 starRun as fast as you can from this dishonest company, high prices, do not give you an itemized bill only a total cost well over standard pricing, no 10% discount as they advertise. Tell you you part is available and then tell you it is not and show up with a used part and tell you it does not work and you need a computer board which is not available but try and charge you over ****** for nothing. I am sorry your part was not available. ************** did order a new door lock for you & unfortunately that did not resolve the problem. An additional part was needed & while I realize what an inconvenience that *** be, we only collected the $89 service charge from you. You were not charged for the repair because we were unable to complete it despite our best efforts. Again, I apologize we were unable to resolve your washer, from time to time we do run into part unanvailability.Monica C

Not only did he not have a new lock to put on like he said he showed up with a used part in a large box and never installed it, all he did was steel my lock which is now missing from the door which no longer closes. He caused more damage to my washer as he did not know what he was doing. When I complained he gave me back my deposit check for 220.00 and wanted a check for 89.00. I need him to return my lock on my washer door which was not broken as he first said it was. He was wrong and just trying to get over 400.00 from me for a part he never ordered, he just brought an old used lock from another job most likely in a big oversized box. Please have him return my lock that was not broken and worked to close the door, now my door cannot close because my lock is missing. Again total scam. Totally disgusted with his dishonesty.
