    I paid for an online webinar to meet a new requirement for my registered nurse license through the State of Michigan. It was advertised as a LIVE webinar with interactive segment that meets the requirements. The webinar was not LIVE. It was a video with a post test afterwards. I was not granted access to the post test and therefore was unable to obtain my certificate. I emailed the company. They sent an auto-generated Email with a case number, but no one has reached out to me at all.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/23) */ This was resolved with the student on 6-7-22. The student was both refunded her money for the course and given her certificate of completion that she can use towards her renewal. The course as it is has been approved by the state to meet the requirements and no false advertising has happened. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/06/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I am glad they finally got back with me and made the situation correct. I have never had problems with this company before. I'm very pleased with the full refund and the customer service representative that contacted me was very nice and professional.
