I wish I had come here before I bought this program that gave me false hope for healing. Junk science is how I would describe this experience. From the beginning, I was skeptical. The day I supposed to do my first treatment, I was very emotional. The guide told me not to do it if i wasn't in a "good place." That was my first red flag. I questioned how this treatment was going to help treat depression if i had to be in a "good place" to even do the treatment. I wasn't in a good place, which is why I was seeking treatment for MDD. I was confused by this very concept. I rescheduled my first session. My first session was a joke. I'm not sure what those blue pills were supposed to do, but all that happened was I put the eye mask on & fell asleep. When I told the clinician that, she decided to up the dosage to 4 tabs per treatment. This is where they get you. You see, the pressure is on after the first treatment because you only have 30 days to cancel, they don't send the meds as you are doing treatments, they send it all at the same time & for the remainder of the treatments, you are not monitored. There is no structure for each session, the rest are self led. Needless to say, I did one more treatment with the higher dosage, & again, no effect. After this treatment, my depression actually got worse & I was having suicidal ideations. I emailed mindbloom & told them I wanted to terminate this course of treatment, & exactly WHY. I offered to send back everything, including the unused 'ketamine'-if that's what is really is. The email they sent back didn't advise me to seek help or emergency services, instead, they wanted me to contact THEM. Why? It wasn't like they had me working with a licensed psychiatrist. Mindbloom is still trying to charge my card because in my haste for relief from my depression, I failed to read the fine print, the 30 day rule. This is taking advantage of people in very vulnerable positions & should be illegal.

I highly do not recommend this facility, especially if you’re over the age of 50. Instead of getting help, I felt interrogated. This company in session suppose to help with depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder through the use of ketamine & I guess counseling.
I have a prescription for Xanax and Klonopin, because I suffer with terrible PTSD after the suicide of my son’s father, who I was with for 20 years, (my son was 9 at the time and we found him dying) and my two parents all passed within a three-year. Before Covid I was 46 when I lost my family. The person I spoke with was rude, judgmental, rising, talking over me, looking for me to have some sort of physical problem like a heart problem which I do not have. I do know that facilities can see every prescription a person is taking so I didn’t bother to write down my prescriptions. I think this person took this as being deceptive. Although I would’ve told him everything if he would of just been a little bit more kinder, which in the psychiatric field is key . He was arrogant nasty and actually if I wasn’t a stronger person my interaction with him could have made things much worse but I wouldn’t let a person like him make things worse for me. I find it with a lot of 30 to 40-year-olds working in the medical field to be out of touch, controlling, and disrespectful. Many people at the age of 50 and older might have a health issue or two and he needs to consider that, or at least his peers need to have a discussion with him. The reason anybody would start taking benzodiazepines might be to cope with complex post traumatic stress disorder, which is serious of trauma spread throughout a persons lifetime.

I felt insulted, on the defense and like I said earlier interrogated and made out to be a liar, which I never lie.
I highly do not recommend this facility. He made me feel like I am a drug addict when I was just trying to cope with medication and if I’m a drug addict, then he’s a drug dealer!

Highly unethical business. Buyer beware. Clinicians and administrators are incompetent and take advantage of vulnerable customers. Treatment is ineffective and company will deliberately work to defraud you, even after cancellation. There are many more similar companies who provide similar services. Do your homework if interested in ketamine therapy. Careless and dangerous business - stay far away from these crooks. This is not a medical practice. Profit is their only motive.

This company provides you with ketamine and some recordings and a blindfold and then send you on your way. There is no guidance while you’re taking the medication. They refused me a refund after the first session out of six sessions even after I offered ro return the unopened medication back to them.

This is a scam! I'm at BBB to file formal complaints. Once they had my info, every account is blown up until I close them down. Beware

As a hard of hearing individual who reads lips, I had a profound hard time understanding via the zoom platform that has no subtitles.

Additionally, I complied with all guidelines and directions and due to the providers assumptions, she ended my treatment prior to even starting.

In doing my prep work and reading through all the necessary material there is a misconception that a session was completed. In trying to get the provider to slow down and be less aggressive in her accusations she instead asserted her presumptions and accosted me.

Then when I stated, "I'm just trying to follow the conversation as I'm hard of hearing," she went ahead and called me manipulative. Why are providers who are unwilling to communicate effectively and respectfully allowed to be in positions of authority.

Now I need to discard my ketamine and zofran as I won't be guided through any sessions. Absolutely absurd. I have sent a message to Mindbloom, so we will see what the corporate response is - but in any company, especially one in mental health, you would think that effective communication and respect would be present. Disappointed that there are individuals in power who are misusing power, leading with assumption and exerting power over those who are trying to reclaim their lives through healing.

Not only am I misunderstood, I've been accosted and berated. I feel sorry for any other individual who has to trust this company with their best interests.

Ketamine therapy has a lot of promise. I did benefit some from it. However, after my initial 6 sessions, the level of support and care I have received from Mindbloom has been subpar. Two guides have no-showed or cancelled on me this week. Another guide took close to a week to respond to messages, and another immediately “went on leave” after I scheduled with her (perhaps Mindbloom should disable being able to schedule with guides who aren’t actually available?!) my first clinician was great, and then I was suddenly switched to a new clinician, who apparently takes terrible case notes, because he could not remember ever having met with me during our second check-in. Mindbloom customer service can only be reached via email and is slow to respond. The pharmacy takes over a week to ship the medication, and a tracking number is never provided, unless you hound customer service for it (and you need to know when it’s going to be delivered, because you have to be home to sign for it!) So, while I would recommend trying ketamine treatment, I would not sign up with Mindbloom.

I'd say that Mindbloom might have saved my life. I have been intractably depressed for a long time. SSRIs helped but not completely. The opportunity to experience ketamine under the excellent and professional guidance of the Mindbloom staff, gave me a new lease on life. I am very grateful to them.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I canceled my membership because I was unable to find a reliable peer monitor for my sessions. I filled out the cancellation form and received an email with two receipts attached stating that I’d receive two separate refunds. One for the amount of $386.00 and the other for $86. I had made two payments of $386 and was told that Mindbloom would keep $300 of that amount. Since Saturday, I’ve been charged two charges of $386 and one charge of $86 on my credit card. Mindbloom support told me to reach out to my credit card company, which I did. The credit card co told me that there were no refunds, just several charges all within one day. I’ve emailed support five times and have not received a reply. However before I canceled I received a reply within a few hours every single time. Now I don’t even get a reply with a confirmation number. Now I have to go through the hassle of filing a dispute etc. I’m absolutely furious and this is borderline fraud. What a mess Mindbloom has created for me.

Mindbloom has helped give me purpose, meaning, perspective, joy, and calm to my life. I have suffered from heavy depression cycles since my early teens and self medication became the crux with which I relied on to maintain any kind of peace in my head.
Unfortunately there are people out there trying to end psychedelic treatments like ketamine and if they succeed they will be ending my ability to remain happy, at peace, and hopeful in this life. The amount of misinformation and misunderstanding is profoundly unfortunate when it comes to this therapy and I hope to clarify what the truth is with this review.
If you follow the steps mindbloom has in place for the ketamine experience (which I call “diving into the fabric of the universe”) you will come to an understanding and a place where negativity and worry no longer rule your realm. The proper steps mindbloom lays out prior to your “dive” are just as meaningful as the dive itself. Writing out your intentions , having a music playlist that is peaceful and flows, having a comfortable place where you cannot be disrupted, and meditating as you allow the medication (“the key”) to unlock a deeper connectivity with life itself . You also want to let the experience take over without getting in the way , and allow it to guide you through the “fabric of the universe” while you begin ti unfold a new kind of understanding and meaning to the brilliance of your life. When I say don’t get in the way, I mean don’t fight the beauty and vastness with which you are traveling when your eyes are closed with a sleeping mask and you’re consciously aware of something deeper than our waking reality.
The experience lasts within a 3 hour window depending on your dosage, which mindbloom is great at providing.
There’s a clarity , a composure, and a brilliance to the way you can feel IF you choose to follow the procedure for what it’s meant to obtain, that being, a life where your fears, anxieties, and sadness don’t rule your realm anymore.
