    Clinician was rude and condescending Clinician was rude, condescending and asking trick questions in a very unprofessional way. Never would I recommend your company to anyone.Instead of asking trick questions or personal medical history questions ***** ********** should be more open and say I see that you have been prescribed ketamine treatment in the past instead of saying have you ever been prescribed ketamine? knowing she already knows the answer as she can see my past medical prescriptions etc. Trying to put a customer on the spot when their last treatment was several months ago, has a busy schedule and a newborn and lack of sleep sets the bar pretty low for your company.She was completely unprofessional and frankly had an unprofessional attitude.Requested a full refund. They already tried to block a previous refund but they would not refund so they asked me to continue and then I get this zoom call from someone obviously having a bad day and out there to get you. My last Mindbloom session was probably two months ago and they expect their customers to keep track of every detail. I used what was sent to me according to their program and over this call I felt accused of lying etc. There were 12 tablets total sent to me. So either this is a scam, they screwed up or they are not being specific in how to approach their program. I followed it step by step only to have ***** ********** treat a customer that spent lots of money on this just act unprofessionally. I expect a full refund for the entire program.Very disappointing as no real doctor would talk to their patient like this.Oh a try getting a refund. They are for sure quick to bill you without even asking if you are done would like to continue etc. But I will talk to my credit card company and put creed with a charge back for everything. This is a total disgrace.

    $99 Scam!Money back promised if the clinician finds you are not a good candidate. What they don't tell you is that no one ever gets declined, so you end up in AI customer service h*** waiting on appointments that never happen, or the clinician just cancels your appointment with no notice hoping that the user just quits the program and they pocket the $99. Do not give these people a dime, I'm not the only one in these reviews that have this claim.

    I started with Mindbloom back in January 2024. Recently my privacy and confidentiality was violated by a Mindbloom employee. I have filed complaints with the company but they continue to give me the same response that theyre investigating it. This company is horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone! I was expecting a company that is supposedly all about improving mental and emotional health to not cause emotional and mental harm! I believe they care more about money than they do about helping people get better!! I wish I had investigated this company more before I signed up. Im submitting this review to warn people to NOT use this company!!! Ill also add that customer support is a joke and they prey upon people like me who are desperate for relief and healing! This alternative treatment was my last option after years of therapy and trying psychiatric medications that never worked.

    DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!! So my clinician screwed up & decided to leave me hanging with only 2 of the 5 tablets she advised me to increase to after using the rest in 2 previous sessions. I'm LIVID that I couldn't get an appointment with her before the next session (scheduled on a very tragic family day for me....the whole reason I chose to do the treatment around chosen dates). NOW, MindBloom tells me I can cancel but will still be charged 50% even though NONE OF THIS WAS ANY SORT OF FAULT OF MINE IN THE LEAST! The app wouldn't let me schedule until after my 2nd session, then RIGHT AFTER my session I IMMEDIATELY went to schedule ( even though I should've been able to relax), and she had nothing until the day AFTER I needed....but I'm also supposed to schedule the next session WITHIN 7-10 days of my last session...when they couldn't of possibly gotten the prescription to me by then! Only after many conversation with the "team" did they offer to send out overnight to me, but again this would be 3 days AFTER my scheduled TRAUMA SESSION...then they proceed to tell me even though this isn't my fault, that they don't have enough help, I will STILL be charged 50% of the remaining sessions I no longer want to attend BECAUSE I'VE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS A USAF VETERAN WITH PTSD...way to make my mental health worse with false promises, then continue to take my money. GREEDY CORPORATION! I WILL be loud about this until they stop abusing people who are going through a mental health issue.

    All the reviews with 5 stars in the beginning are fake. Scam system- baits you in to the subscription and never delivers on the promise. Now they are doing injectable- pushing ketamine on more users.

    I am being charged ****** for nothing. I never spoke to anyone or was approved by anyone. I clicked on an Instagram ad about depression that offered a treatment for depression for 90 dollars I ordered it. Never received or spoke to anyone or received therapy. What gives mindbloom the right to charge 319 to my account for no service no nothing only the disappointment of them taking money from my account without my consent! I agree to 90 dollars and since I never received their service but I agreed to the 90 dollars I didn't ask for the 90 dollars back but now I'm getting charged 319. a month after . This is not right this company will advertise something and keep on charging you without giving you service or not even a letter .

    I was tricked into paying over $2000 for services never rendered. To cancel the services, i have to pay to cancel. Ridiculous. The statement from mindbloom If you would like to proceed with cancelling your account, please note that there will be a charge of $1,574. We want to ensure that you are fully informed of the cancellation process and any associated fees.. Scam

    this company preys upon desperate people with False Hope and and relief i did feel was placebo effect which quickly faded. They nickel and dime you for ever session they can. It is a cashgrab under the guise of legitimate neuroplasticity science.
