The Mindbloom company and program is excellent. I was greatly impressed with all my interactions with Mindbloom personnel, including clinicians and guides. Be aware that due to their popular success it can take some time to arrange appointments. The Mindbloom Android app is good but could use a few tweaks. For example, at the time of my program the session music did not play when the screen was off which made it necessary for me to use my laptop.

The Mindbloom program has changed my life. I had struggled with depression for most of my adult life, and most antidepressants would lose their effectiveness quickly. I felt immediate relief from my worst symptoms after the first two sessions, but more importantly this program has really changed the way my mind works! What has impressed me is how much thought goes into the music, setting of intentions, and getting the most out of the medicine. My Mindbloom integration coach has been invaluable in helping me make sense out of these experiences. I have also found their ‘integration circles’ to be a great way to learn from others on the same journey. I would encourage anyone who is considering ketamine therapy to try Mindbloom.

I found relief from anxiety and depression that I didn’t find with traditional medication. Everyone was professional and very kind. I found it to be a very worthwhile experience,

My experience with Mindbloom has been quite exceptional, for a few reasons.
Firstly, Mindbloom has been very accommodating with me in setting up clinician appts, meeting with my guide, and getting meds shipped quickly.
If I ever needed to reach my clinician. I was able to set up an appt that worked for us both. If i need my guide, I simply text them. The app is great and has some nice features.
The programs are designed well with good music tracks and audio.
I'm on my second Mindbloom program now and I'm just as pleased as when I started, if not more so.
    Thank you Mindbloom!

Fantastic and honest company who is truly set out to change peoples lives. I worked with a prescriber named Elliot who was one of the most caring and inspiring people i've met. he and the team taught me how to process all my experiences and make sure i healed. i was absolutely skeptical since nothing worked for me, but this was the real deal.
regarding what others said - they are very clear about having a peer treatment monitor, and they do return your deposit if you arent a good fit. company has been nothing but honest, caring and very communicative . i've been with them nearly a year and wouldnt change anything.

This company is not to be trusted. Mindbloom doesn't make it clear before you purchase that you MUST have a friend monitor you for several hours for each treatment. If you're like me and this doesn't work for your life situation, then they make you "apply" for a refund. Even if you haven't scheduled anything and no meds have been shipped, you still have to apply for a refund and fill out a survey. And even then, it is not guaranteed! Find another company. There are plenty of other options. Don't give your money to Mindbloom. I had high hopes for this treatment but my experience with Mindbloom was truly awful.

Hi Anthony, thank you for raising these concerns. We're sorry to see your frustration, and we're happy to provide more info on the issues you've raised.

Mindbloom requires that clients have a peer treatment monitor (PTM) present during all treatments to support them and ensure a comfortable environment that is conducive to healing. This requirement is set forth in the Informed Consent that all clients sign prior to treatment (also available on our website at https://www.mindbloom.com/informed-consent) and is discussed by clinicians during every client's initial consultation. We also provide additional info about the PTM requirements at https://www.mindbloom.com/blog/what-is-a-peer-treatment-monitor.

Mindbloom's refund policy is provided on our website at https://mindbloom-faq.helpscoutdocs.com/article/77-what-is-mindblooms-refund-policy. It provides that a person is eligible for a full refund if they cancel before their initial consultation, or if the clinician determines at the initial consultation that they are not a good candidate for treatment. Accordingly, a prospective client who will not be able to have a PTM present during treatment may receive a full refund if they cancel before or during the initial consultation. Clients who cancel after the initial consultation may be eligible for a partial refund according to this policy as explained at the link above.

We have conducted an internal review and determined that all requested refunds have been processed according to this policy. We appreciate your feedback, and will continue to work hard to improve our services. We ask that people with additional questions contact us directly by emailing [email protected].

I never signed an Informed Consent document because I never even got that far! You should have made the Peer Treatment Monitor (PTM) requirement clear BEFORE taking my money.

Even then, it would have been fine if Don from customer support had honestly answered my question about a refund. He ignored my question twice even though I specifically asked him not to ignore it in my 2nd email.

Then when I finally got a supervisor (Nate), he also failed to relieve my anxiety about a refund. He literally told me that I could "apply" for a refund, but that it might not be "applicable".

Are you kidding me? This was his response to someone who was already anxious about getting a refund?!?

In other words, a company purporting to help people with anxiety was causing me anxiety by dodging my straightforward questions about a refund. This behavior is unethical at best and fraudulent at worst.

I initiated a charge back via my credit card company because of this -- something I've only done twice in my 50 years on this planet.

If I could leave a bad review on ****** or ********, I would, but of course Mindbloom doesn't allow such things.
