1 starMy prescriber gave me directions for the initial 3 doses to take over 9-15 days. When the new prescription was written for continued dosing, it turned out that they had told the pharmacy it was a 21 day supply, so the pharmacy wouldn't refill it. The pharmacy then told the provider that they needed to write a new prescription for 9 days since it was an "early refill", but the provider decided to take the day off of work and wouldn't deal with it that day. I had already been contacting customer service for several days. I want to emphasize that I always had to contact them, despite the fact that the issues were on their end. I saw the doctor on September 2 and took the last dose September 3. It has been 10 days and I still have not received the medication. **************** is a nightmare, and I am paying for 18 doses, which is almost $3000. Despite spending hours dealing with it every single day for over a week, they only offered me a $100 discount, despite their errors. They have tried blaming this on the pharmacy several times, but the prescriber is the one that wrote a 9 day supply as 21 days on the actual initial prescription (take x amount of medication every 7 days x3). I keep getting bounced around to different people who say they care but do nothing. I received a tracking number today, but the medication is not even overnighted, and it's going to be for 1-2 doses instead of enough to last a month. I keep asking questions about what's going on and I keep getting contradictory answers, incorrect answers, vague answers, or no answers at all. I'm not sure what they're not understanding, and why this isn't a more serious situation, as this is an expensive mental health service.Mindbloom

1 starTheir doctor ignored an interaction I was having with the meds and just kept upping the dosage until my reaction became so bad they told me to stop taking the meds. They then continued to charge me for a product they told me to stop taking because of a potentially dangerous interaction. Then I reached out to customer support and got the run around basically saying nope no refund even if our provider stopped the program. Ill also be reporting them to to other agencies as there providers obviously put sales over the safety of their clients. There is a total disconnect between their providers and corporate which is very dangerous. The provider was pushing an injectable but knew nothing about it other than it was new and said I had to reach out to customer service to get info on it. The doc doesnt know anything about the drug?? 1 starThey send nothing and then they inform me that they will keep charging me for nothing... They charged me $359 for absolutely nothing. I never received anything. They even say how they are going to continue to charge me for nothing (they say 4 payments of $359 plus $99). They know that they didn't send me anything yet they want to charge. ALSO, they don't want to give you your money back UNLESS you fill in their feedback??? Do these people even know what they are doing? They need to learn how to listen. 1 star*****************. You have to subscribe then pay $99 to have a consultation. Then if you decide after the consultation that the services are not for you, you have to pay $99 to cancel the subscription or you will be charged in ********************************************** not. The clinician lies to you about the timeframe but in the fine print it says it so apparently its your fault for seeking mental health support. Should be illegal.Mindbloom

1 starMind Bloom falls short of fulfilling their promises. I expressed my concerns regarding their physicians and therapists ******* through sessions and lacking honesty. Their poor bedside manner was disappointing. I would not even recommend this therapy to my dog, let alone another person. Despite reaching out and receiving an email assuring me that my concerns were being taken seriously, I never heard back from them. This lack of follow-up confirms my belief that this company is not genuine. I am committed to sharing my negative experience with everyone.Mindbloom

I have been harassed endlessly by their payment AI since that time, receiving up to 10 emails a week. Mindbloom is seeking payment for medication I did not order or consume?
