      I concur with all the complaints that have have been made. This organization verges on being a scam. ****** should be notified that reservations.com should be deleted.

      Same problem as everyone else. These people needs to have fraud charges filed. I think I got a refund but not sure yet.

      Shame on me for not paying more attention, but shame on Reservations.com for their unethical methods. I googled a hotel I was interested in staying at and too quickly noticed the name of th hotel followed by the word reservations. I just assumed this was the hotel website. After making reservations, was shocked to see that it was non-refundable. Not only that, but I ended up paying more for the hotel than if I had reserved directly. This website should be illegal.

      Just another Florida scam. Read the fine print. They will do nothing except keep your money if your plans change. They make their website look like you are booking directly with the hotel. It is all your fault for not following their guidelines. Probably run by Florida attorneys. SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!

      This is a crooked company !!!!! I did not go to their website. I was on a hotel site and thought i was booking directly and then after i hit confirm the receipt showed extra charges - went i looked at confirmation it was reservations.com. I immediately called to cancel and the person who could barely speak english said my reservation was non refundable ( i was 5 minutes from hotel so since i thought i was booking with them i did check agree to that). I argued with them - stating i did not go to their website - somehow they hijacked the web transaction. After 30 minutes of back and forth they said they would ****** me a refund, they needed my email and account number adn it would take 20 days.
      This is a total lie and criminal in my opinion. I refuse to let them have my money. I called my credit company - cancelled the card and told them the reason was fraud by reservations.com.
      This company is a complete sham and should never be utilized. Again i was not on their website but in the transaction it somehow went to them and i called immediately once i realized what happened. They took no aciton other than asking for a ****** account FRAUD. I have to rate them a 1 - but in my real opininon they should be shut down - they do not deserve even a 1

      Less than one star!!!

      5 credit card charges. 4 of them for 73.90$ service fees EACH. This is not including the cost of the actual hotel. Horrible!!!! Disputing all charges and canceled. Don’t waste your money and time.

      Reservations.com charged me $100 more than the hotel itself and competing sites. Base price LOOKED the same. Not sure how they’re taxes and fees could legally be that much more. When I contacted them they claimed they were entitled to “recovery” fees for the taxes??? It was my daughters first time booking and so unfortunate that she used a company who would not allow cancellations or recovery of excessive fees. What a nightmare! Feels like it’s a scam and/or illegal. Beware!

      I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. When I realized it was the wrong hotel I called to switch hotels and was told there was no cancellation or exchange. I was referred to the Escalation Team which wrote and said they were going to contact the initial hotel and try to rectify the situation. Never heard back from them. I called several times and was told someone would call back in several minutes. Never received a call. Do not use them!!!!

      Wish I could leave 0 stars. Terrible business -hidden non-refundable fees; deceptive marketing practices. I accidentally made a reservation and tried to cancel it within 30 minutes of making it. Expected no charge based on their promise of "no cancellation fees." Was informed they have a mandatory, non-refundable service fee which in my case was $187. Seems like a cancellation fee to me ...

      I called to cancel my reservation due to contracting Covid. I even sent a pic of my Covid results. I missed the cutoff date to cancel by 1 day. Reservation.com would not refund me. I asked if I could use this reservation for a future date. Answer was no. I will no longer use this company
