I thought I was booking directly with the Hotel and unknowingly booked through reservations.com. When I went to cancel the reservation (2 weeks in advance) they stayed they needed to contact the hotel in order to verify a full refund. They called the hotel who stated they agreed to the refund. Reservation was canceled and then the next morning I received an email from reservations.com stating the vendor denied the request and no refund will be given. I called the hotel directly and they stated that was incorrect and they would give a refund. Reservations.com has the full amount of the refund and are refusing to give it back. I am out $200 and have no reservation at the Hotel. They are a scam company and would never use them again. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company on the charges.

THIEVES. Took our money And have not refunded. Our RESERVATION WITH RESERVATIONS.COM was paid for in advance in order to confirm. Hotel had no reservation for us when we arrived. The booking did not transfer to the *********** from - *************** so we had no booking when we got there and had to pay twice to get a room. COMPLETE FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!

The room that was advertised said (2) double beds or (1) King sized bed, I was puting up a married couple and a sister, One King sized bed would not do for my purposes. When I called for a modification I was told no rooms with 2 beds existed in their inventory. I was offered no other option so I cacelled the reservation and was promptly charged the non-refundable fee of $73 dollars and change and told the funds for the reservation would take 7-10 days to appear in my bank This smacked of false advertising since 8 rooms were listed as available and the reservation was 22 days away. Can you spell scam?

Charged me ****** in Taxes and Fees..then the hotel charged me ****** in taxes and fees. That is ****** in taxes and fees for 3 nights . Alittle high I think. Reservations ******** would not give a break down of their fees.

The company has increased their service fee from $19.99 to $39.99, but here is a trick, just ask them that you have seen the service fee on the website for $19, and they will have it back for that price. Nightly rate and taxes are also doubled up compared to hotel prices. Just a rule of thumb, always ask how much the service fee is, because you might just pay $20 more. Always let them know that you'd be sharing your experience thru BBB and most of the time they'll give you bunch of discounts on whatever price they can give. Too scared and allergic to hear that their company is under scrutiny of BBB, but there is nothing BBB can do to stop their business which is located somewhere in ****. Security and credit card information are at risk for fraudulent activity. Try asking them yourselves, and see where they are located. Not everyone will know this, but hope to reach a million patrons of this scrappy and scam business.

I was hacked and they used this site to purchase trip packages. When I called to ask for help in resolving this(of course after I already disputed it with my bank) they were very rude, yelling at me and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up. They do not care about the customer or your well being.

This site baits the customer into thinking they are giving the best price then adds fees that are not easily found until once you book the room. I booked the same day so I couldnt cancel but if you do cancel days ahead, they still charge a fee. This is fraud and misleading. I want my money back!Room Sub Total: USD $303.30 (excluding taxes and ****************** USD $104.81 Sub Total: USD $408.11 Service Fee: USD $37.91 BENJAMIN & BROTHERS LLC DBA: RESERVATION.COM is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. reservations.com booked us in the wrong hotel in the wrong city in the wrong state, and then refused to refund their booking fee. Beware.

Like all the other reviews, I found this site to be a scam. It looks like a hotel reservation site and says it can be canceled until a few days before the trip but it does not make clear the fact that there is a large non-refundable fee going to them (i.e., not the hotel). They also charge the full amount immediately which surprised **** wrote their customer service immediately after booking when I realized the scam and, of course, they unwilling to do anything.

This company is a total scam. My credit card was charged way more than I had agreed too when I entered my credit card. When I call to complain they just say too bad. I will be fighting this with credit card company. I will not be charged an additional $300 from what I agreed too. I see they are already under review with BBB so why are they still getting away with this. Should be a zero star option!
