      It is not clear what currency the rates are in. You need to know where the company is based AND know that you need to scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the entire website, locate the fine print where you can click to change the currency. At no point during the booking process or on the breakdown of fees does it indicate the currency until you get your confirmation via email when you've already been charged on your credit card. It's very arrogant to assume people know it's a US based company. When i sit at my Canadian address, using my Canadian IP, looking up **************** why would i assume the websites that pop up need to have the currency changed? Regardless, and this is the MOST IMPORTANT POINT, if this is an company that services internationally, it should be made more clear the currency that will be charged. It's not hard to include this since they make the effort to do so on the confirmation. Why then? It's too late then and it feels like a major misrepresentation in terms of the booking process. Side note, the fees are NOT discounted at all.

      Iam in a wheelchair and they booked me a hotel after guaranteeing me it was wheelchair accessible. On arrival it was not accessible at all not even to a door. They refused to refund me. They literally are stealing from a ex soldier in a wheelchair and hung up on me and the owner of the hotel. They are nothing but thief's and dishonest. They need to be investigated by police as they are outright criminals.

      Horrible site! No clue about the properties they are are booking so they just give the "correct" answer. No response from customer service team.

      Do not use Reservations.com! They are not a honest company! They told me they were the designated booking company for the Grand Canyon Hotels. I found out after staying at the ************* on 9/14/24, that I was charged more than double the room rate. Im fighting this, but dealing with dishonest companies is not what you want to be involved with, believe me! I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could post my review without it!

      I had to cancel a reservation due to a wild fire that caused the roads to close. They would not refund the $31.25 service fee.

      Do not use @******************* .They will not work with you if you need to cancel a reservation for emergency purposes.

      Absolutely rip off. I booked a hotel at the **************************. Thought I was booking on the hotel website. The rate was the same as other sites and the actual Hotel website but in US$ Room ended up costing me $200cad more than booking last minute walk in rate. Reservations.com customer service was absolutely no help at all, told me the rate I paid stands. Even though I had a rate from the front desk upon checkin. Recommend to avoid reservations.com. ******.

      I thought I was booking directly with the Hotel and unknowingly booked through reservations.com. I' m Canadian and I was booking for an hotel Located in ****** as well. The price where in CAN at first but the transaction ended by being charged in USD (with a lot of unmentioned Taxes and fees on top of that). Also, the website switched the location of my hotel. When I called them about this situation, they refused to do any changes. They offered my to cancel the transaction but with no refund!!! It's a that point that I realised that a paid in USD. They already had my money, I was trapped...

      They continually give incorrect information. I booked a hotel and my confirmation stated I would be charged when I checked in. The charge was on my credit card the same day as the reservation. When I called to ask them to make the correction, they said they had to call the hotel and would call me back. Did not receive a call back. Followed 24 hours later and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told it was my problem to resolve with the hotel. Again, did not realize I was using reservations.com, thought I was booking directly through the hotel. Terrible company to deal with.

      I booked thinking I was booking directly through the hotel. Very deceitful website. Paid more than I would have if I had booked through the actual hotel as they also charged a service fee. But that's not the worst part! When we arrived at our hotel, there was NO RESERVATION! We were charged over $400 for a one night stay in ******* and they had no room for us and the hotel was sold out! I am STILL FIGHTING with this company to try to get my money back with no luck! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM!!!
