This people call you offering credit help. They ask questions and questions and ask for your social security number when you dont tell them that you will like to use their services. They insist and they harass you on the call.Business Response

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the relentless and inappropriate calls we have been receiving from your company, Programa Ayuda Simple (PASCREDITO). I am deeply dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct of your employees, particularly one named *********, who not only failed to respect our repeated requests to cease calling but also engaged in offensive and derogatory language towards my family.We have made numerous attempts to communicate our desire to be removed from your calling lists and have explicitly conveyed our disinterest in your services. This company has been constantly calling for the last two years with false information or asking information about my credit. They are rude and start discussing with you on why you dont want to access to their request or you wont give them any of your personal or credit information. I have asked them to stop calling in every call and they keep saying that I have been referred but never say by who and then asked me who I think it is as if it was a guess who game. I registered on the National do not call registry but they dont seem to care. Regarding my credit, I am in good standing with all my creditors and I had called directly to every single one of them and had confirmed so. This company has had the same complain by many customers and somehow they keep harassing people. I want them to stop completely the HARRASING and erase all my data. Respetada ************** agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo para dejarnos saber sobre esta situacin, sin embargo, despus de revisar nuestro sistema encontramos que solo existen registros de 2 llamadas realizadas desde nuestra compaa a su nmero de telfono terminado en 96. La primera fue realizada el 14 ******** de 2023 a las 5:22pm y en esta llamada, de acuerdo a las notas dejadas en nuestro sistema por el analista financiero que se comunic, usted le inform que no estaba inter***da en ese momento porque haba solucionado el problema que **** con uno de sus acreedores. En *** llamada usted le dijo especficamente al analista que no estaba inter***da por ahora, pero despus de haberle explicado sobre el funcionamiento del programa no pidi dejar de ser contactada en el fututo ni tampoco que se eliminara su nmero de nuestra base de datos. Debido a eso, el pasado 8 ******** a las 3:42pm se hizo una nueva llamada a ese mismo nmero de telfono, pero no fue posible hablar con usted porque aunque alguien responda el telfono, nadie hablaba.
Teniendo en cuenta que no tenemos registros de otras comunicaciones realizadas a su lnea telefnica, le solicitamos nos informe a travs del BBB o que se comunique con nuestro departamento de servicio al cliente para informarnos en qu otro nmero usted recibi las llamadas que menciona en el complaint y de esta manera poder localizarlas, eliminar ese telfono de nuestras bases de datos y tomar las acciones correctivas nec***rias en caso de ser requerido.Cordialmente,

Respected Mrs. ******** we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this situation, however, after reviewing our system we found that there are only records of 2 calls made from our company to your phone number ending in 96. The first call was made on April 14, 2023 at 5:22pm and in this call, according to the notes left in our system by the financial analyst who contacted you, you informed him that you were not interested at that time because you had solved the problem you had with one of your creditors. In that call you specifically told the analyst that you were not interested "for now", but after explaining how the program works, you did not ask to stop being contacted in the future, nor did you ask to have your number removed from our database. Because of that, last June 8 at 3:42pm a new call was made to that same phone number, but it was not possible to talk to you because although someone answered the phone, no one spoke.
Considering that we have no record of other communications made to your phone number, we kindly request that you inform us through the BBB or contact our customer service department to inform us on what other number you received the calls mentioned in the complaint so that we can locate them, eliminate that phone number from our databases and take the necessary corrective actions if required.

Nuestros departamentos tcnico y de control de calidad han hecho una revisin minuciosa de las llamadas hechas y recibidas desde y hacia los nmeros telefnicos que tenemos registrados en el expediente del proceso y no solo no encontraron ninguna llamada con esas caractersticas, sino que tampoco hay alguna grabacin que corresponda a la situacin y al mal trato que manifiesta haber recibido de parte del asesor. Adicionalmente, desde la fecha en que recibimos el complaint hemos tratado de ponernos en contacto a travs de numerosas llamadas telefnicas y correos electrnicos y hasta el momento no hemos recibido respuesta alguna a las llamadas ni tampoco a los mensajes que hemos enviado y dejado en el buzn de voz. Solicitamos al cliente amablemente que por favor se ponga en contacto lo antes posible con nuestro departamento de servicio al cliente, se identifique con su informacin para verificar que es el titular del proceso en nuestra compaa y solicite hablar directamente con el manager del departamento, quien ya est enterado de la queja y est dispuesto a revisar detalladamente la informacin para tomar las acciones necesarias. De no recibir comunicacin, asumiremos que esta queja no procede de nuestro cliente e informaremos al Better Business Bureau para que tambin puedan validar el complaint recibido.

Our technical and quality control departments have made a thorough review of the calls made and received to and from the telephone numbers we have registered in the process file and not only did they not find any calls with these characteristics, but there is no recording that corresponds to the situation and the bad treatment claimed to have received from the consultant. Additionally, since the date we received the complaint we have tried to contact the customer through numerous phone calls and emails and so far we have not received any response to the calls nor to the messages we have sent and left on the voicemail. We kindly ask the customer to please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, identify herself with the personal information to verify the ownership of the process in our company and ask to speak directly with the manager of the department, who is already aware of the complaint and is willing to review the information in detail to take the necessary actions. If we do not receive communication, we will assume that this complaint is not from our client and we will inform the Better Business Bureau so that they can also validate the complaint received.

this company keeps calling even though I have ask several times to stop calling me and even explain to them that the information they have is not correct, they say that my credit is affected and they want to help, but my credit is 814 I do not need or want any further communication from them, I have talk to more than 15 different people on this calls and after I explain myself they insist that I need their help.also they are calling me during working hours, always from a different phone number and if I call back that number it saids is no longer in serviceBusiness Response

Es por eso que cuando llamas de vuelta al nmero que aparece en tu identificador, aparece como si *** lnea no estuviera en servicio.
