    These company keeps calling one in a while. I have no idea how they obtain my name and phone number. I have blocked so many numbers from them they keep calling me from different numbers. Every time I told them I dont believe neither want their services, specially because their introduction statement is false , you credit score drop down or similar words. I claim that they immediately remove my information from their database. I am the Director of a HUD certified ************************* , I do know my credit is excellent and no need for unsolicited assistance on that matter.

Our company has been working for almost 20 years in ***************** and ***********, providing advice to people who for various reasons have affected their credit histories and the last thing we want is to generate some kind of inconvenience to our current or potential customers, however, due to your communication our technical department has been reviewing the databases and systems where the calls we make are stored and with your number ending in **** we have only found a call made on 06/17/2023 at 12:43pm. This number has already been removed from our database so that none of our credit analysts will contact you again, but we need you to please contact our *************************** again to let us know if you need another phone number removed as well.

Nuestra compaa lleva casi 20 aos trabajando en los ************** y ***********, brindando asesora a personas que por diversos motivos tienen afectados sus historiales de crdito y lo ltimo que buscamos es generar algn tipo de molestia a nuestros clientes actuales o potenciales, sin embargo, debido a tu comunicacin nuestro departamento tcnico ha estado revisando las bases de datos y los sistemas dnde se almacenan las llamadas que hacemos y con tu nmero terminado en **** solo hemos encontrado una llamada realizada el da 06/17/2023 a las 12:43pm. Este nmero ya fue removido de nuestra base de datos para que ninguno de nuestros analistas de crdito se comunique nuevamente, pero necesitamos que por favor te comuniques de nuevo con nuestro departamento de ******************* para dejarnos saber si necesitas que otro nmero telefnico sea removido tambin.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and even when what they say about the amount of call is not accurate, indicating that they have removed my phone number   is satisfactory to me.

    I recently got a call from these people and they tricked me into thinking it was to fix an issue I was having. And I gave information, and now I want every single inch of information I gave off their system. Cause now im skeptical, I will ****% be sure next time to who I give information too. I want every single inch of information they got out of me, completely gone.

    Dear ******************* we understand that you can be skeptical, however, we want to clarify two things:

    1. No one "tricked" you. You received a complete financial analysis made by one of our financial counselors and you also got all the information about the company and the process we were offering you. Only after that and because you agreed to continue with the process and decided to get enrolled with our company, our counselor asked for your personal information in order to elaborate on all the needed legal paperwork.

    2. We are not interested in filling our servers and database with information about people who is not a part of any of the programs offered by our company and we have no problem in deleting your information if you don't want our services anymore. You only needed to make a phone call to your financial counselor and let her know that you don't want to continue with the process.

    Our company has been working in ***************** and *********** for almost two decades and our only interest is to help people who have problems maintaining a good credit profile, not forcing or tricking persons into getting enrolled with us because if we want positive results, we need to work together as a team. In our records, there are only two phone calls to your number and according to your request, all your information will be deleted from our system. If you continue having problems with your credit profile and in the future, you decide to get our help, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

    1. Nadie le ha "engaado". Usted recibi un anlisis financiero completo realizado por una de nuestras asesoras financieras y tambin obtuvo toda la informacin sobre la empresa y el proceso que le estbamos ofreciendo. Slo despus de eso y porque usted acept continuar con dicho proceso y decidi enrolarse en nuestra empresa, la asesora le pidi sus datos personales para elaborar todo ********** legal necesario.

    2. No estamos interesados en llenar nuestros servidores y base de datos con informacin de personas que no ****** parte de alguno de los programas ofrecidos por nuestra empresa y por eso no tenemos ningn problema en borrar su informacin si no quiere continuar con nuestros servicios. Lo **** que necesitaba era hacer una llamada telefnica a su asesora financiera y dejarle saber que no quera continuar con el proceso.

    Nuestra empresa lleva casi dos dcadas trabajando en los ************** y *********** y nuestro nico inters es ayudar a las personas que tienen problemas para mantener un buen perfil crediticio, no forzar o engaar a las personas para que se inscriban con nosotros ya que si queremos resultados positivos, tenemos que trabajar en equipo. En nuestros registros, slo hay dos llamadas telefnicas a su nmero telefnico y de acuerdo con su solicitud, toda su informacin ser eliminada de nuestro sistema.
