      I ordered a free sample as advertised on their website. I ordered January 7, ****. The sample got here yesterday, Jan 21. Last night I was checking my bank account and they debited my account $76.00. I emailed them and they said theres nothing they can do about it. Please do not waste your money with these people. Its just a scam.

      Adding the the reviews below, I also ordered their samples and they did not send an email reminder prior to the subscription renewing (as their customer service rep stated they do). Then, they fulfilled the order at midnight (who checks emails at midnight?) and shipped it at 8am. And their customer service had the audacity to tell me I could've canceled before it shipped. Only a deceptive business has practices like this, BEWARE.

      Awful. Samples are not risk free 100% refund like stated above, customer service says there is a restocking fee with returns. I ordered the same and was auto subscribed to a subscription. I got COVID and didnt get to try them timely. In email customer service says it very clearly states you will be auto subscribed, but i am not the only one that missed that. I returned the products "return to sender" as **************** stated was an option. I have not gotten an "auto email/refund." I have reached out with NO response once the product was sent back.

      I paid shipping for a free sample and fing focus signed me up for a subscription. Fing focus purposely made their website hard to navigate and forced me to sign up before it would let me cancel the subscription. A special place in h*** for people that steal.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. My review echoes that of the others. This company will make me question every purchase I make online from any new company. I've never encountered a company with less integrity that this.

      Same as everyone else, suckered by this company to try their great products only for them to ship me $125 of full product then not allow me a refund.

      I made the horrible decision of ordering free samples from this company. There were two products and I paid a small shipping fee. I forgot to cancel the automatic shipments that were triggered just 14 days after the initial free order. I contacted their customer service department immediately. They canceled future shipments, but refused to help me with a refund. I explained that I wanted to send back both unopened bottles, and they explained that they don't offer refunds. I've ordered from, and have worked for, multiple online-based supplement companies, and this is the first time I've ever heard of a company not offering refunds (even when the package and the products are unopened).I submitted a dispute through my financial institution, but the claim was denied. Now I'm stuck with $50+ of unopened FING supplements that I won't touch with a 10 foot pole. I want this company to issue me a return label so that I can send this order back and get a refund. It's ridiculous!

      I ordered the "FREE" supplement, didn't care for it cause it made me break out in hives and my skin feel like it was burning. A week later I check my bank account and they have charged me *****. Got on the website, had to chat with what I'm assuming is an AI bot and not an actual person. Asked to get a refund and cancel the order/subscription. Was told I could not get a refund, but that the subscription would be canceled. Now here it is the next month, once again my account has been charged. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! To anyone that has friends on the ***** Police Force, send them to ******************* and have these con artists arrested! IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE AMOUNTS OF STARS I WOULD BE!!!!!

      What a dishonest way to run a business. I ordered samples that f'ing focus was selling for free but you had to pay shipping. Many companies actually do this honestly and I've had good luck finding great products this way in the past so I figured I'd give it a go. Received my samples and wasn't impressed. Felt zero difference. A few days pass and we are charged $170 for a monthly subscription I never signed up for and products I have yet to receive. Now my husband is upset with me and will will have to spend his off time on thr phone with the bank. Oh and if u want to cancel the forced subscription, u have to request a email message from them and they NEVER respond so its impossible to cancel. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. F'ING FOCUS'S PRODUCTS ARE USELESS AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DISHONEST THEIVES.

      This company is a SCAM! I signed up for the free sample and there was not even an account setup for me but they somehow saved my credit card information and charged me for a subscription. I can only hope my credit card company will support my dispute of this false charge when I cannot even use the product!
