      Terrible company. If you order a sample that they offer. They then less than a week later charge you for a subscription. Bunch of scammers.

      This product made my head hurt. And this company shipped it out late so I couldn't just do the "free sample". By the time I recieved my item, they had already charged me for the full package. I asked customer service to help cancel or refund the order and they said no. They do not offer refunds according to thier terms and conditions. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be posting this review on Google, and several other websites they're marketing on. I will also be filing a chargeback. I suggest you do the same. Oh and they use "judge.me" for their reviews that allows them to hide negatives, so be careful!

      I requested some samples, which I didn't get, and then low and behold I am charged a "subscription fee" a few days later for a subscription I did not ask for.

      I truly wish I could leave a 0 star review. This business is predatory. They lure people in offering "free" samples for the cost of shipping. It's a bait to sign you up for recurring payments on a subscription. I never received any samples. My account was charged for a full bottle of supplements and I contacted the company to see if could send the package back unopened, since I had not intended to order. They told me that even though the website states "money back guarantee" that does NOT include the subscriptions!! This is all very intentional and is predatory and misleading. They are intentionally "tricking" people into buying their products with no care or concern for the customers they are supposedly serving.

      Do not fall for this scam. Listen all the others are telling you the truth. It's not worth $4.99. you only get 4 pills which turns out to be two doses. They need to be punished. Canceled. They are theives!!

      Ordered a "free" sample-doesn't seem to work like advertised. Then after a week got charged for a full bottle I did not order. No phone number to reach anyone-sent an email and tried live chat after waiting for over 40 minutes no response! Just want refund and not to deal with this company again!

      F'ing Focus uses predatory selling practices, tricking customers into purchasing "free" samples (e.g. 2 doses of sleeping supplements for $4.99 shipping) then continuing to charge the credit card on file used to pay the $4.99 shipping charge for the "free" sample for full ************************* that those accepting the "free" sample don't realize they are subscribing to - then insisting on continuing to ship and charge for supplements despite that the customer requested cancellation once apprised that they even had a subscription. Importantly, in my case, the sleep supplements were not even effective. Do not fall into the same trap I did. I recommend staying away from this company.
