      I ordered samples in hopes the focus & clarity would help me. I received my samples on day 13 and was charged for the full size products on day 14, didn’t even have a chance to try my samples before committing. My order also said shipping every 26 days, so I’m confused and upset they shipped and charged me when they did, without even an email notice, as most other GOOD companies would send. I emailed multiple times and tried the live chat, both with no response. I cancelled my subscription and called my bank to dispute. They gave me a phone number for the company, which does not work. I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

      Only 3 stars because I haven't tried the sample yet.. I just wanted to come and say that the company DOES make it clear you're set up for a subscription and it IS easy to cancel ??

      If I could give 0 stars I would. The supplements cause extreme anxiety and made my heart race. After abput 3 months i got a 'surprise' subscription charge on my card. I emailed them within minutes of the order verification email asking to cxl and explaining that I was unable to take the supplement due to health reasons, i have never seen a shipping confirmation come through quicker than I did that day...literally before midnight of the same day which is extremely unusual. Then customer service emailed me and informed me I would havr to return the order aftrr receipt since it had shipped. Upon receipt of the product I contacted customer service for instructions to return the product and was sent an email basically saying that since I signed up for the trial it automatically subscribed me to the products and I would be unablr to return them due to the trial being sent so thaT I could cxl if I the supplements did not agree with me prior to shipment. Its february 25 and I ordered their trial back in early Oct 24. Definitepy shady business dealings, ESPECIALLY since their website offera a 100% refujd guarantee on their products. Thank God they only got me for $28 but something needs to be done to stop these shady business dealings

      I ordered the free trial (paid shipping) hoping it would naturally help me with focus and anxiety. I did not receive my product for almost a month, much longer than the expected wait time. Signing up for the free trial throws you into a subscription for full products 14 days later. My sample took so long I assumed I got scammed, but they showed up in the mail and 13 days later they charged me $86 for full sized product. I emailed as soon as I saw the confirmation email but did not receive a response for several days and the order had already shipped. They refuse to let me return the product, even though I was charged 13 instead of 14 days after receiving my sample (which gave me more anxiety). Most of the emails I receive back from them are repeats and do not address my problem. I will be going to my bank tomorrow in attempt to recover the funds. I was so hopefully when I first ordered the sample. I would not trust this company.

      Reiterating everyone else’s complaints. It’s not clearly stated that you are signing up for a subscription. When I noticed a charge to my PayPal I found the reviews here. Just spent the last hour trying to figure out how to cancel this order. It’s not easy. On their cancellation policy it says to contact them but just says “insert contact method here.” I was able to figure out how to cancel future subscriptions but there’s no easy way to contact them about cancellation of a product. I emailed and live chatted and hoping they will respond to my message before they ship it where it seems like they won’t do anything once the product ships. I tried the Focus and it caused me irritability and anxiety. So not only did it not work for me, I now have a charge of well over $100 that my bank refuses to dispute because I purchased the free sample.

      I just wanted to add to what everyone else seems to be saying here. Their "free" samples automatically enroll you in a subscription that will begin 14 days after you request a free sample. I should have known better I'll admit, but they intentionally try to trick you into buying subscriptions. What makes it worse is that they offer a "money back guarantee" which only applies to the free samples. These guys run a crooked business and should be held financially liable for what they do to people. I was charges $100 dollars for my samples. I didn't even like their products. I'm just hoping word can get out so no one else falls prey to this absolutely crooked company.

      1 star off bc they seem to actively try and hide the option to cancel a subscription 1 star off bc there's no apparent way to cancel an order by yourself, and according to other reviews it seems like even customer service won't do it for you 1 star off bc they automatically sign you up for a subscription when you order a sample with no apparent way to opt out of the subscription, besides going out of your way to cancel it after ordering the sample

      Absolutely terrible company with no soul. They absolutely scam you they will take the original five dollar shipping for your free trial and within 14 days you have hundreds of dollars taken out of your account and you've never read why. Someone needs to sue this company. when I asked for documentation of the contract, they could not send me anything. When I asked for a refund. They said we can only refund your first order which is the FREE trial, despite their baseless claims that they will guarantee your product. Stay far away.

      Ordered a sample and paid for shipping. No where does it state they are going to sign you up for a monthly subscription. Guess what they decided to do! Would not refund the money they stole. ?? this company is a scam company. Do not purchase anything from them. They are taking advantage of people big time.
