      Same story as everyone else. Ordered samples and then automatically got looped into a subscription without ever signing up an account. Thieves. Their business license should be revoked.

      I have been fighting with this company via email regarding a refund. Just like so many others, received samples and was signed up for a "subscription" and charged $75. They are refusing to refund due to their "policy" regarding reoccurring orders. They are very deceitful and this is truly a scam.

      Worst customer service! I attempted to reach out to them through all Of their contact us methods and not one single really.. they were quick to take my money but failed To reach back to me when I informed them their website for whatever reason decided to give me a shipping address that I dont reside at!

      I had the same experience as so many other people had. I requested samples and paid for shipping. Then about a week later I saw an email thanking for for an order that I didn't place. They sent the email around midnight so I didn't see it until hours later. When I emailed them they said you are automatically enrolled in a subscription when you order samples. I went back onto the website and figured out how to cancel the subscription even though I never even created an account with them.I am willing to pay return shipping, but they will not allow me to return the product. Their website states hassle free refunds, but because it was a subscription (that I never signed up for) I can not return the product.

      The products didnt work, i got some to try and didnt sign up for subscripition then ll the sudden i get email about charge. I immediately call them same day and they said Im out of luck there is no refunds. I tried to get them to cancel shipment they said they couldnt. Now once again same thing, I thought this was already cancelled. There is no phone number for them you can only email and they couldnt care less about customer service

      Ordered my usual supplements and was added to a list unknowingly of automatic subscription. Less than a week went by with no notification of being put into a recurring subscription and was immediately charged. Upon contacting them an hour later, they sent me a shipping number and stated they don't provide returns or refunds for orders once tracking has been provided especially for "repeat customers". Predatory. Beware.

      I was never warned of an upcoming subscription charge and then when I tried to cancel the order and get a refund I was told they don't do refunds. The manage your subscription page is not easily located from the "your account page" and then customer service just tells you that they understand subscriptions get away from us but they can't do anything to help since they can't refund repeat customers. So if you got a sample then a full order follows and you're a repeat customer you are screwed.
