    I ordered a multi bottle purchase of 3 bottles of their Vital hair growth product. Their advertisement states if you are not completely satisfied with their product you will receive the full refund. They refunded me 50% of $89.95 purchase. They sent a detailed refund policy which stated because I ordered a buy 2 bottles get one free I only qualify for a 50% refund. No where in the ad states this exception.

    I placed an online order on 1/10/25; received product 1/21/25 and began taking the supplement. Not happy with the product. Per their policy, I requested a full refund. I handled the request in the prescribed way (policy attached as a jpeg) and within the prescribed time frame (60 days is the time limit, it has not been 60 days yet, so clearly I am within the timeframe). I paid (after a discount/taxes and shipping fees) $140.50. I want a full refund. Copies of email exchanges and their policy are attached, as well as a screenshot at my attempt to resolve this via their chat (which is an option they offered for getting a refund - only there is not a live person to talk to and when I asked for a human I got no response).

    On 1/4/25 I ordered 3 bottles of Vital Gut Health from Vital Nutritive and paid $99.95. After using for several weeks, they did not agree with me. I have sent 5 messages requesting a refund per their 60-day money-back guarantee policy. They have not replied to any of my requests, other than to say "they are on it". I don't know what they are on, but definitely not getting back to me. They have made no attempt to answer my e-mails or refund my money. I would like a refund of my $99.95 per their return policy.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Their website prominietly indicates 60-day money back guarantee; however, when I requested a refund, I only got 50%.  There advetising is very deceptive.  Until they sent me the link when they refunded me 50%, I was completely unaware that I was only getting 50% back.  They are not very honest in their advertising.  I still feel I'm entitled to 100% money back, as that is what they advertise when ordering.

    Good day,I placed an order with Vital Nutritive on January 2, 2025 order number ******. After about a month of receiving and using the product, I deemed it did not work for me. The company states if not fully satisfied I can return the product within 60 days. I initially reached out to customer service via email on JAN 27 and an automated response came back with message below Thank you for reaching out! Weve received your message and our team is on it ??.You can typically expect a response within 24 hours, but during weekends and holidays, it might take us a little longer.Then January 29th I emailed customer service again with no response as to my FULL refund of $68.79.I am looking for a response from the company so that I can return the product and receive a refund.

    Date of Transaction: 01/17/2025 Amount Paid to Business = $149.94 I made the order by mistake. I immediately (within 15 minutes) emailed the business to cancel the order. To: ********************************** Date: Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:23 PM EST I just made order # ****** paid via ****** by mistake. The order was made Friday, 1/17/2025 at 10:00 pm EST. Please CANCEL. Thank you.The business responded via email on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:40 PM EST acknowledging cancellation request and promised a 20% discount if I would not cancel. I replied Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:46 PM EST Thank you for the offer of a discount. However, I do need to CANCEL THE ORDER ******. It was done in error, and I do need to cancel. The business then continued to send emails stating the product was on its way. I continued attempting to reach out and the business responded on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 12:05 AM EST with the following email:Thank you for letting us know. I completely understand if youre feeling frustrated and considering canceling your order. I truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay. As a gesture of our appreciation for your patience, Id like to offer you a 30% refund on your current order if you decide to keep it and wait for its delivery. I responded the same day with message: If I keep this order and wait for delivery, will you immediately apply the 30% refund on current order as offered. No response. I attempted to contact the business multiple times to request the refund. They have never responded to the request and did not refund the promised 30% amount. ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2025 AT 5:27 PM I emailed again: I have not received any response from my email regarding the 30% refund you promised via email from your **************** to me on January 23, 2025 at 12:05 AM for order ******. Please send credit on payment as you promised. The business has never responded to multiple requests for refund as promised.

    I placed an order online with Vital Supergreens. I ordered 2 bottles. Website says shipping in 2 days. I've received nothing. I've emailed them 4 times and was told I would hear back from someone. Today is the 16th day and still nothing. I'd like my money to be refunded.

    Ordered a 6-month supply from Vital Nutritive. Received a notice from post office it was lost/damaged. went to post office to try and resolve with no luck. Contacted Vital Nutritive via txt such as this. I attempted 3 times and they did not get back to me over the last week. All I want is my money back, the post office will not update the tracking info as lost or damaged, so it will always show as in route.

    I placed an order on 1/18/2025. The order has not shipped. I attempted to contact the company 4 times. 3 times by email, 1/18, 1/24, and 1/31. Each time I received an auto generated response stating they would answer within 24 hours with no further communication. Once through live chat which was an AI program that only stated the order status and gave no other information. When the prompt asked if I wanted to speak with a human, it sent me to a email address. There is no customer service phone number on the website. My credit card has been charged but the company has not fulfilled my order. I either want my order sent or a full refund.

    On 1/18/25 I placed an order for supergreens, the money was taken from my account immediately. I mistakenly assumed the item was shipped. On 1/27/25 I contacted the company thru the customer support questioning when I might expect delivery. I received a form letter saying they would let me know in a day or two. After not hearing from them I cancelled my order on 1/27/25. Again I received a form letter. Today 1/30/25 I sent another note to customer support letting them know I was contacting the BBB and also the fraud department of my bank.

    Product "VITAL Super Fruits and Veggies" (3 bottles) was ordered on January 5, 2025 and confirmed by company with Order #******. I paid $89.91. I received package on January 21, 2025 in damaged condition. Package was split open and all 3 bottles were smashed. Immediately reached out to the company according to their contact information and emailed them with my complaint and photos of damaged product. Also have reached out on their chat feature. Have emailed them twice. Have not gotten any answers from them other than they are away until next day.
