    After using the Vital Hair Complex product for 2-3 week I started to experience chronic diarrhea so I had to stop using it. I noticed after reading the reviews of this product that others had experienced the same side effects. I sent two separate emails because I got no response from the first one. I requested a full refund of *****. (The company advertises a 60 day money back guarantee.) They responded to the second email and said someone would contact me within 24 hours. Its been 4 days and I havent heard anything from anyone. On the product container it says We are always here for you. Please do not hesitate to email us at support@ ************************** if you have any questions or need any help. There seems to be a pattern with this company of not responding to legitimate claims or issues.

    I received a response from Vital Nutritive offering me a 20% refund. I will not accept that. Im looking for a 100% refund on the product I purchased. That is their promised guarantee.  I responded to their email stating Id like a 100% refund and have not heard back yet.

    This company is awful! I ordered from them and received product after a long wait. I tried to cancel order but they refused and sent anyway! When I received package I left it unopened and asked for a refund and where I could return and got emails stating they would get back to me with that information! Which I never received followed by emails first stating I should keep product and as a goodwill gesture they would give *** refund of 30% which I refused asking for return address and full refund of $99.99 paid. They refused and sent a refund of 50% again I refused. I still have not got my full refund or address to return stating they have a green policy! They are scam artists BUYER beware

    Order confirmation on 5/30/25 says shipped and provided me a **** tracking #. ********************** As of this date 6/10 tracking says still in acceptance pending in ******, CO post office. No movement in 12 days. Chat on their website says away...no phone #...multiple E-mails sent and only receiving automated response that product was shipped and they are working on it. No further communications.

    I had a monthly subscription for veggies and fruits of which after a couple of months the results were not to my satisfaction and I cancelled in April, I received the supplements anyway, I was told I cancel after the product was schedule to ship. I contacted the company and asked for return information. I was offered 30% back and keep the product, then 50% refund of which I reject and is asking for my full payment returned of $79.90.

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by our customer, ****.

    At the time of this order, **** was enrolled in a monthly subscription for our fruit and veggie supplements. In April, she requested to cancel the subscription. However, her cancellation was submitted after the order had already been processed for shipment, which is in line with our policy clearly stated at the time of purchase.

    When contacted, our customer service team promptly responded and offered **** a 30% refund with the option to keep or dispose of the product at her discretion. As an additional gesture, we raised the offer to a 50% refund. This is the standard resolution offered in accordance with our return policy, which exists to protect the integrity and safety of our supplement products. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returned bottles, as we cannot guarantee that the product has remained untampered, and we do not resell returned items. This policy is in place to protect all of our customers and maintain public trust in our brand.

    Our terms of serviceagreed to upon orderingoutline this policy clearly. As a business, we strive to treat all customers equally and fairly. Granting a full refund outside of these terms would not only go against our company policy but would also be unfair to the many customers who follow our guidelines and accept the resolution offered under similar circumstances.
    That said, while we believe we fulfilled our obligations as a merchant and acted in good faith, we have chosen to process a full refund of $79.90 for **** as a one-time courtesy and in the interest of customer satisfaction.

    On March 1, 2025, I ordered what was supposed to be pre and pro biotic powder from Vital Nutritive.On March 10, 2025, I received capsules and not the powder form from Vital Nutritive.On March 11, 2025, I contacted Vital Nutritive via email and requested an exchange for the correct product.On March 12, 2025, Vital Nutritive requested and I sent photos of the packaging and contents via email, and asked for a refund or the link to exchange the product.On March 13, 2025, I received an email from Vital Nutritive indicating they no longer carry the product I wanted,, and stated if zi wanted a refund, that they would be happy to assist... I requested instructions on how to refund the product.On March 14, 2025, I received an email from Vital Nutritive asking if I wanted to keep the product for a 30% refund. I requested a refund according to their policy for 50%.To date, they have not responded timely as they had in the ************ phone number is listed, and they do not respond to emails.

    We would like to clarify the following regarding the customers concern:
    The customer placed an order for 6 bottles of our Vital Gut Health 4-in-1, which is clearly stated on our website as being in capsule form, not powder. All our supplements are properly labeled either as capsules or powder on each product page.
    Historically, we carried two powdered products:
    Collagen Peptides
    Vital Supergreens
    However, as of now, we no longer sell Collagen Peptides, and the only powdered product available on our website is Vital Supergreens. It appears there was a misunderstanding on the customers part when placing the order, as the product they were expecting was in powder form.


    In good faith, we initially offered the customer a 30% refund and encouraged them to try the product they received. Ultimately, to resolve the matter, we issued a partial refund in line with our clearly stated refund policy, which outlines that orders containing 2 or more items or bundles are eligible for a 50% refund only.

    The product. Vitalnutritive was advertised on ********. I was inquiring about the product, but never finalized a sale. On March 9, my husband's Citibank card was charged $93.94 saying it was purchased online at 4:36 pm et. It is currently a pending charge.

    purchased 2.17.2025. website states 60 day money back guarantee, no reasons asked. i emailed them and asked for a refund after I sent the products back. only opened one and took one spoonful. it was completely inedible and nasty. did not even dissolve. creepy. they replied after several days and said they would give a 20% refund. that is not what they said on the website. this is lying. misrepresentation and deceit. i want a full refund like it says on their site.

    I ordered a multi bottle purchase of 3 bottles of their Vital hair growth product. Their advertisement states if you are not completely satisfied with their product you will receive the full refund. They refunded me 50% of $89.95 purchase. They sent a detailed refund policy which stated because I ordered a buy 2 bottles get one free I only qualify for a 50% refund. No where in the ad states this exception.

    I placed an online order on 1/10/25; received product 1/21/25 and began taking the supplement. Not happy with the product. Per their policy, I requested a full refund. I handled the request in the prescribed way (policy attached as a jpeg) and within the prescribed time frame (60 days is the time limit, it has not been 60 days yet, so clearly I am within the timeframe). I paid (after a discount/taxes and shipping fees) $140.50. I want a full refund. Copies of email exchanges and their policy are attached, as well as a screenshot at my attempt to resolve this via their chat (which is an option they offered for getting a refund - only there is not a live person to talk to and when I asked for a human I got no response).

    On 1/4/25 I ordered 3 bottles of Vital Gut Health from Vital Nutritive and paid $99.95. After using for several weeks, they did not agree with me. I have sent 5 messages requesting a refund per their 60-day money-back guarantee policy. They have not replied to any of my requests, other than to say "they are on it". I don't know what they are on, but definitely not getting back to me. They have made no attempt to answer my e-mails or refund my money. I would like a refund of my $99.95 per their return policy.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Their website prominietly indicates 60-day money back guarantee; however, when I requested a refund, I only got 50%.  There advetising is very deceptive.  Until they sent me the link when they refunded me 50%, I was completely unaware that I was only getting 50% back.  They are not very honest in their advertising.  I still feel I'm entitled to 100% money back, as that is what they advertise when ordering.
