On January 29, 2024, I placed an order for vitamins from Vital Nutritive. 2 days later, the money cleared the account. At this time, I get a confirmation email stating that my order was received and right after I get another email stating that due to weather conditions, the order was being delayed without any more information provided. I am a reason person and I can wait if they were to give me an estimated time of shipping. After righting several times, I got an automated response saying that my order was going out the same day, this was 02-09-2024. I still haven't received anything. I have continuously written to the only email provided ************************************ telling them I am no longer interested in their product and that wish to get a full refund instead. It his now 02-16-2024 and I have not received any response.I am fed up dealing with a company that is obviously not a professional one and lacking the respect to their customer by providing information. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please note that I have replied to the business regarding the order that I did receive. That is exactly what I wanted, to receive the product that I had paid for and since I did, I have asked them not to process a refund. I was never looking to get the product and a refund as well. Do please note that I have expressed my thanks to the business for the product and I have stated to them my wishes to not receive a refund.Thank you BBB for taking my complaint seriously and reaching out to the business to get it resolved on my behalf.

Good day!
I am writing this as a response to the complaint filed. We experienced a delay with our order fulfillment due to the product going out of stock. Please note that we already have processed her order and shipped out to her, her order is delivered successfully. Please find attached evidence for your reference.We have shipped out all our affected customers despite of the big hiccup we faced, but we know it was shipped out late.
Chargeback is opened by the Customer and it block us from the one to refund her because she has gotten her refund from her bank when Chargeback is opened.
In addition, we have communicated to the customer to offer her full refund from us instead of the bank if she can reverse and close her Chargeback. On top of that if she can close her Chargeback, we will still send her 2 more free bottles (worth 2 month supply) so she will be getting 8 bottles for free. We have done our part as much we can to rectify this hiccup and give the best remedy to the customer.

Please note that we have advised the customer about this. We were not able to process her order due to a complaint she filed with her bank. We cannot process a cancellation and a refund as well because of the same reason. When she filed the chargeback, the amount was already refunded to her by her bank so there's no way we can refund her the amount since it was already taken from us by her bank.

The company emailed me directly and no longer want the product. When you order something and its out of stock you notify the customer asap. You do not wait until you go to the better business bureau to get a response. Ive emailed the company over 7 times and they never responded and they were always out of the office!! so I went to my bank and go a refund that way. So I want nothing to do with this business. I really should have read the reviews a little closer.

Customer has opened Chargeback and their bank has refunded the money back and when Chargeback is open, it blocked us the Merchant from refunding them in the ecommerce system simply because if we are able to refund it will be a double refund to the customer.
Once customer gotten their money from Chargeback by the bank, there is no way we can refund the customer in the system.
As attached shown, we communicated to the customer offering to refund her and still send her the 6 bottles so she can get the 6 bottles for free if she can close the Chargeback.
Only when the chargeback is closed, we can then refund you instead of the bank in the system.
Customer decided not to want the product anymore and also Chargeback opened, we can only do our best in nurturing the customer feeling in our email response to her.
There is no earning from this order since the chargeback dispute outcome is in the favor of the customer and customer gotten her money back.
