    I purchased 6 bottles of Vital Hair Complex for $149.95 plus shipping from Vital Nutritive for my 45 year old son on March 26,2024. After receiving them, we gave them to our son as a gift. He took a bottle to his doctor to ask if he can take them along with his other treatment. The doctor said "No". I have emailed the company 4 times through their web site over the last two weeks with not response. I have tried to call them but i cannot find a phone number. They have a 60 day money back guarantee. I am afraid that they are not going to honor this program. I would like return the product for a refund to my credit card for the $149.95 I paid.

Please note that we already have processed his refund request the same date and even processed a full refund in spite of him being due only for a 50% refund as outlined in our refund policy.

    On February 20, 2024, I purchased 4 bottles of their Hair complex pills through their website. (It was buy 3, get 1 free.) *Their website guarantees money back within 60 days if unsatisfied* After taking only one pill daily for about 10 days, I gained 4-5lbs, and broke out in pimples. When I googled this, I found that many women had this same complaint. I immediately stopped taking them, and e mailed the company asking for a refund for the 3 unopened bottles. No one replied. I have e mailed them at least 4 times since February 20th, even promising to contact the BBB if they do not reply, and to this day, April 15th, they have not replied to any of my messages. I sent e mails to their support address on March 18th, March 24th, and April 4th. In between those dates, I also messaged them through their website. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and false advertising to guarantee money back within 60 days when they don't even reply to messages. I'm willing to send back the 3 unopened bottles, on their dime, and I want acknowledgment and my money back! I attached proof of purchase, and the dates I sent them e mails that were ignored. Thank you!

    Let the record show, that ONLY because I reached out to my bank to dispute the fee, did I receive the refund. This was after the BBB couldn't even get ahold of anyone at Vital Nurtitive. MY BANK gave me a refund ON THE ***** during my initial call to them, because they saw in their records that they have had many complaints about this company! Vital Nutritive NEVER replied to the BBB, or myself, until they saw that my bank reimbursed me! Pretty convenient. So the record needs to show that I, the customer, resolved this with my bank, and received NOTHING, not even a reply, from Vital Nutritive.

    I ordered ***** of vitamins and it never arrived. The company took the money from my credit card. I sent 5 to 6 emails asking for the product or a refund. I received one reply with the *** tracking. The *** tracking form read delivered to original sender ( I have the form in an email for proof) I am obviously not the original sender! Its a clear as can be, that the vitamins went back to the company. I shared this story with vital nutritive 5 to 6 times and they have not replied nor refunded my money. PLEASE PLEASE bring justice to their theft of my money.Respectfully *******

    Date of transaction: 12/20/23 Received vitamins and decided I did not want within the return policy. I was willing to send back and never heard form them so filed a claim with my bank. After that, they reached out and said they could issued refund but to have charge reversed. I did so on 3/19/24. Bank **** they are able to issue the refund anytime and they keep having excuses as to why they can't and waiting to hear from my bank. Bank confirmed there are no holds or stop on incoming refunds to my account. They are an awful company to deal with and I would like to collect my money. If they want the product back, they need to pre-pay postage. I do not want their product as my doctor said to not take this.

    On march 4 I placed an order with Vital Nutritive for four bottles of hair vitamins. However I only received two bottles. The package I received was completely open and 2 bottles were missing. I have sent Numerous emails to this company and also did a chat bot with them, nothing was resolved with the chat bot. They do not have a return phone number of any sort. Im not getting any return on emails and therefore Im sure Im just gonna have to lose my money. The total for my order was $122.95. I would like to have half of my money back or replacement of the missing 2 bottles. I have attached photos of the way I received my order and you can see in one of the photos how the bag was completely open.

    Cannot contact company to cancel. Submitted 3 requests via their email without a response ( 1/19, 2/11, 3/1). I cannot find any phone number to contact them either. Meanwhile another order was charged to my credit card. I no longer wish to receive this product Vital Hair Complex or be charged $79.95 any longer.

    Purchased vitamins for hair, skin and nails. Website says money back guarantee if not satisfied. Ive reached out to company multiple times asking for refund as we have not seen any improvement. They have not responded.

    We had our first hiccup in our year of operation thus we have responded to the customer communication late and have not react to the customer request previously due to that hiccup we faced.
    Now, we have communicated to the customer in email.
    Most importantly we have refunded the customer order based on our Refund policy which is stated clearly in many locations of our websites.
    The refund of $78.96 which is 50% based on the customer order have been processed on 19 March, this refunded amount will take 7-10 business days to reflect in customer payment bank account.

    I find it funny that the 50% refund policy has now "popped" up on the website. Nothing was explained when order was placed. The website says 60-day money back guarantee. False advertising.

    Now they want me to remove my complaint and they will give me full refund---a bully tactic. Their lack of response after multiple inquiries---I started reaching out in February, is appaling.

    1/15/2024 I purchased an order for their Vital Hair complex for $119.20 on my credit card. There was an update from company saying that they currently had no stock, but this was being rectified. I have reached out to the company several times To find out where my order is and wanted to cancel my order. No response was given or what the status of the order was. I let them know that I will no longer be at this address as of Feb 22, 2024. The last response I did get was from ***** on February 9, 2024 saying the the order was sent that day. I have not received anything. I requested to then have a refund. At the very least I would like to know if they have refunded my money.
