1 starI found out that this website is not the original ordering site for birth certificates. They charge a bigger fee than going to your state and requesting any kind of certificate. I have been waiting since Feb 24th for my BC. They keep telling me that I can get a refund each week and that it will come next week each time I call. Now they say they cannot refund me back my money because my state health department received application. I asked them to pull up recorded calls that stated I could get a refund, it's now May and no birth certificate they could have even given me half back so I could order thru my state which is $12 for VA and they charged me that plus a $29.00 delivery fee. ******************** said that is an overcharge. I will not be ordering thru them anymore. They can keep their fees I could have had my BC by now going thru my state of **. Use VitalChek instead for any state NOT Vitalrecords online.

We are currently reviewing the communication youve had with our support team to ensure that accurate and consistent information is being provided to all customers.While the fees through the state may be lower, many customers choose our service for the added guidance, convenience, and support we offer. However, we recognize that our service is not the right fit for everyone, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the value received.
