  Unnecessary, predatory service. You do not need to pay this company for their "services". You can get your records from the actual local office of Vital Records where you were born OR the State Vital office where you were born FOR MUCH CHEAPER. What a disservice to citizens. - A Vital Records employee

  ****, I paid for expedited service and they just keep saying it could take a month. I am out about $100 with their fee, expedited fee, and online notary fee!! Ordered direct from my states *********** and immediately got an order number that I can track and call about daily! I would not recommend Vital Records Online to ANYONE!

  This company is a total scam. I paid them 100 dollars in Nov of 2023 for a birth certificate another 25 dollars to use their online notary it is now June 10th of 2024 and I still have not gotten the birth certificate. I wrote them asking for a refund and they refused saying the up loaded the document to the CA health department in March of 2024 so was no longer their issue. I wish I would have read the reviews before I used this scam company and lost 125 bucks.

  Scam Scam I paid $60 and health department said they never received my application for birth certificate. I contacted them several times and they wouldn't help. Scared me out of $60 plus I had to change all my bank cards due to fear of fraud. Stay away from Vitalrecordsonline

  Im getting a lawyer! I paid for express service in March 2024, was told to verify my information, so I did. Now the ***************** is telling me they have nothing and that Ive been scammed!!! I have missed a trip to ******, now need the documentation for something else and still dont have it. No managers, foreign reps, and they dont want to refund me my money. I spoke with the vital statics for my state and I was told that they have not received anything from vital online records on my behalf and that I was scammed, they do not deal with this company. Please look into them. This is not good business.
