    Three of the six furnace filters that I ordered from MAX Warehouse were damaged due to mishandling that they are not even usable. I tried to report this to **** but their system of reporting damage was so complicated and difficult (by design, I'm sure!) that I found it impossible to meet their reporting requrements... so I gave up. I am NOT happy at all to have received a damaged order and to not be able to do anything about having it corrected! I will most likely not be ordering from MAX Warehouse in the fufure.

    I purchase a smokeless grill on February 2023 as a birthday gift for my moms 65th birthday and it did not work after one use and I reached out to max warehouse and was told there was nothing they could do about it. It was ****** and I am on a fixed income so to have spent the 133 was a hardship but I spent it but now I am out 133 and broke merchandise. What am I to do

    Very dissatisfied with my purchase, pot is extremely thin and burnt my food. I was told to return I have to pay return shipping and restocking fee which makes no sense after all my money got burnt. Worst decision
