    Today I placed an order for Penofin Western Red Cedar Transparent Coating for a deck. Upon reviewing the final order confirmation I became suspicious that the confirmation was for Penofin Cedar Transparent Coating. I investigated and found the Cedar color will not match the rest of the deck so I called to change the order to the correct product. I was informed that it was too late for me to make a change since it had been more than the allowed 45 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see what could be done and they were all in a meeting and unavailable. I contacted my credit card company who advised I wait until the payment is applied to my card and then ask for it to be removed and to not accept the product when it is being delivered. Why in the world would something be so difficult to manage? No shipping number has been assigned so it is obvious that it is "just in process" and could be changed if they chose to. I'm not trying to cancel the order, just make sure what I receive can be used.I provided my phone number for the supervisor to call if they ever get out of their meetings. If I don't hear from them, I will take the steps advised by the credit card company.As an added frustration, when I first went to the site it asked for my email address for a 5% discount on my first order. That discount was not applied to my order either. Very frustrated.
