On 6/3/25 I placed an order for 3 of the advertised toilet bowl cleaners (order ******). I received a shipping notice the same afternoon. After a couple of days, I checked the tracking number and it still said that the product had not been given to the shipper ****** Contacted customer service about the issue (6/6). They responded same day saying the carrier hadn't scanned the order and they would contact the carrier. In the mean time I contacted the carrier and was told the shipper had to talk to them and they had no record of either the order or a contact from the shipper. On 6/9 I contacted Krazy Klean again cancelling my order and requesting a refund since they had not shipped the product. I was getting nervous that I would never get my order. No response. The following evening (6/10) I got a notice that the order had been dropped off at the carrier that afternoon. I emailed customer service again stating that I had cancelled the order, I didn't want it because of their lack of follow up and to please honor my request. 2 days later 6/12 someone finally responded saying they were doing all they could to ship the product. I responded again stating I didn't want it, and please send instructions regarding how to return the order. Ordered 3 Krazy Klean units for $99 on OR#******. They advertised that you would never need to clean your toilet again with a 30-day money back guarantee. This was not the case and I requested to return the items for a refund on 6/6. Received an email asking why, I responded and they sent me a troubleshooting email. I had placed an order on May 9th for three crazy clean toilet cleaners for a total of $89.10. these items have not actually worked for me and have not made cleaning my toilet any easier. I have asked for a refund as their website states they have a no fuss 30-day money back guarantee and I emailed their appropriate support team but instead of issuing me a *** to return them for a refund they just kept suggesting I clean my toilet different ways and try different things. I was very clear with them that it was a refund I'm looking for but they ended up stop replying to my emails and instead just sent me a survey to rate how well they helped me. I purchased their product, a toilet cleaner. This is all they sell. Their advertising copiously says it works no matter what. I purchased two, and within 2 weeks the toilet water line reappeared. They have a satisfaction guarantee and when I attempted to reach the company, they refused to return my money. They would only give excuses and then stopped answering. This company makes claims that you won't have to clean your toilet again, if you buy this product. Their website says they have a 90-day risk-free trial with a money-back guarantee and a 10 year guarantee. I made a purchase thinking I have nothing to lose. I received the product, put it in several brand new toilets (in a new construction home I had just moved into), because I wanted the toilets to stay looking new for the 10 years. Right away I could tell this product wasn't working, but I still gave it a little time. It still wasn't working so I email asking to do a return for a refund. The response I received was "why?". I responded with my explanation. Then, I received a blanket troubleshooting email asking about pre-existing stains etc. I had already expressed that these were brand new toilets, but I replied explaining that again, plus I sent a before and after photo of me cleaning the toilet, showing the stains didn't go away even with normal cleaning (because they said their product only works on hard water stains). Then they replied with another blanket email asking if it was mineral stains that would wipe away with a tissue. (Well, apparently they won't if I just showed me cleaning the toilet), but I played along and took a video of me wiping the stains with a tissue, and it not budging. At this point they have simply stopped replying after receiving my photo and video evidence, which makes it clear to me that they do not plan to refund me, and never did. I guess they thought taking me through all these steps would deter me, but nope, they need to stand by their claims and guarantees! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! (By the way, since the back and forth has taken so long, I no longer have the card used when I purchased, so a refund would have to be supplied to a different account.)Business Response

The company advertised a buy two get one free. I purchased three and when the product arrived, it only contained the three products I purchased. I reached out to the company and they are stating that if you purchased three at the individual product rate that it is the equivalent of getting one free. The website shows the individual product price and there is a volume discount with the more you purchase, however it also clearly shows the individual unit costs with that volume discount. **** ***** reached out to our company on 2/26 about the confusion surrounding the ad. Our customer service team explained the promotion (see attached 3 pages of communication). The ad was promoting our bulk pricing promotion which is the equivalent of receiving a free unit due to the steeper discount upon buying a larger pack size. **** never asked for anything further in regards to that promotion, the last messages he sent were asking for clarification around the warranty so our team thought that the misunderstanding about the promo had been cleared up satisfactorily. Ordered toilet scrubbing devices online by a company called Krazy Klean. Claims to work with and be safe with septic systems. After about a month in my parents toilets, it was not working and I went in to check them and found they were from ***** and do not look like what I thought I purchased. This worries me that we put something dangerous inside our septic and plumbing lines. I also do not know how to dispose of them as I dont know if they are hazardous. Upon reviewing this BBB complaint, I checked our communications and the customer had never reached out to us directly to resolve the matter. I issued a refund and then reached out directly to the customer to answer her questions about proper disposal.
I've attached the customer profile in Gorgious, showing no tickets ever created- this means the customer never contacted our company (Gorgious aggregates all inbound emails, social media messages, website contact forms, etc).
I've also attached the order confirmation page reflecting her original purchase plus the refund issued today 3/13. Last, I attached my email to the customer from today as well 3/13. Please let me know if anything else is needed.

As you can see in the "Timeline" Section of the Order Details, a member of our team corresponded with the customer on Oct 14, offering a resolution to the complaint and when that was rejected she initiated the refund. The refund was completed two days later on October 16. An email was sent at the time of refund to ******* to advise that the issue was refunded.
