This is a scam!! I used it in a brand new construction house with everything new! They refuse to believe that this item did not work so support sent me a booster. That did not work either and that's also when they stopped responding to the support emails. They refuse to refund for product that does not work and this is definitely a scam. Our customer service team worked directly with ****** on troubleshooting, and sent her a booster on Aug 20 free of charge, then her original order was already refunded. My order was placed on 8/5/25 of 3 units then mistakenly purchased 4 more units, no big deal at all price of $219.16 when order was delivered only the 3 units arrived. I purchased two Krazy Klean toilet bowl cleaners. They provide a plastic container and two tablets, placed inside the container and lowered into the tank to provide cleaning of the water and a softening agent. Their claim is it will last ten years. I followed the instructions and placed the container, with the tab inserted, into the tank. The first few flushes were fine. A blue color was in the water and I assumed it was working. Then the plastic container migrated to the flush drain and clogged it up, so that the flapper would not close and refill the tank. It is a design error, making this item completely useless. Also the tablets only lasted a few days, whether you flush many times or just a few. The claim that it will last ten years is erroneous without continual replacement of the tablets, almost on a daily basis. I took the item out and threw it away as it was totally useless due to it's flawed design.Business Response

I saw an advertisement for Krazy Klean offering a 90-day risk-free guarantee and a buy 2 get 3 free promotion, so I placed an order (Order #******) on March 1, 2025. After trying the product for a reasonable amount of time, I found that it did not work as advertised. On June 12, 2025, I submitted a request to return the items and get a refund, in line with the companys risk-free guarantee.I received an email from their support team that said: We are sorry you want to return your item. Happy to help! I responded, explaining the product didnt work and expected return instructions. Instead, they replied with troubleshooting questions and asked for pictures of my toilet. They never provided return instructions.After that, I received an automated email asking me to rate how well their team helped me though they still had not processed my return or provided the necessary information.I followed up again on July 24, clearly requesting return instructions. Upon receiving this complaint, I just went back to the customer's order to issue a full refund. However, I am not able to issue a refund through ******* because a chargeback has been opened by the customer and isn't yet resolved.I emailed the customer with two options for issuing a refund and am waiting to hear back. Krazy Clean is supposed to have a 10 year warranty and money back guarantee. When I went to return it for a refund, they said they don't have me on file. My query to the website got me an email response from The Krazy Klean Support email address that looks scammy so I hesitate to give them any more personal information. I can only add my complaint to all those prior. The product Krazy Klean is a total scam as reported numerous times with a ****** search of this product. Our experience is the same as all others. We purchased 4 of the items for $124. They are worthless. They do nothing. I think the only "product" that is in the nice plastic container to put in your toilet tank is beach sand to keep it from floating. We saw their "Too good to be true" ad on our iPhones and iPads. Upon receiving this complaint, I inquired into the provided details and found the following:
-There are no orders in our system from a *** ******. The email address ****************** has one order in our system, order #****** for $124 that was placed by a ***** ****.
-I reviewed all the communication from ***** **** to our team and there was no refund request. However, the order page shows a chargeback was issued and was ruled today in ******* favor.
-With the chargeback being resolved today, ***** will receive the refund via ****** wallet (the form of payment used on the original order).I emailed *** at ****************** to explain that the refund is being issued via the chargeback, and to explain that there was never a refund requested prior to the chargeback.
I am attaching the following in support of this case:
-order confirmation page, with contact details, and chargeback timeline and details
-All inbound communication from email address ****************** (1 ticket) which was closed due to no refund request being made
-My email to the customer outlining all of this information, explaining the confusion and refund information, and thanking them for trying our company.
I believe this is now resolved, but if not please let me know what else can be done to resolve.

I purchased from Krazy Klean when their website advertised a 90 day risk-free trial. That was a key reason I felt comfortable trying the product. Since then, theyve quietly removed that language from their website, but I have screenshots dated around the time of my purchase that clearly show the original guarantee.Unfortunately, the product didnt work AT ALL, and when I reached out to return it, they made the process extremely difficult. Instead of honoring the **************************************** asking irrelevant questions, and stalling the return. I am rejecting this response because:Krazy Kleans reply leaves out the most important parts of what happened. I bought their product because they advertise a 90 day risk-free trial. When it didnt work for me, I tried to get a refund well within that window. They ignored my emails, so I finally had to open a ****** dispute just to get a response. Once the dispute was open, they emailed me saying theyd offer a refund, but ONLY if I closed the ****** case first. Anyone whos used ****** knows once you close a dispute, you cant reopen it, so if they didnt actually send the refund, Id be out of luck. Given how unresponsive theyd been, I wasnt going to take that risk. If they truly wanted to refund me, they could have simply agreed to the refund within ****** and the case would have closed in my favor right away. Instead, they fought against me in the dispute process. Thats why I believe they were trying to trick me into closing the case so Id have no protection. In the end, ****** reviewed everything and ruled in my favor, thats the only reason I got my money back. Krazy Klean did not honor their 90 day risk-free guarantee voluntarily, and their BBB response is an attempt to rewrite the facts. My complaint still stands.

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, my name is not Jasmine didnt you learn after you uploaded documents for a different customer entirely in your last response? You recklessly exposed their personal information, a serious privacy breach.
And yes, I won my ****** dispute because ****** saw through your fraud, even though you argued against me in the dispute instead of honoring your advertised 90-day risk-free trial. Winning the dispute does not erase the fact that I had to fight for a refund you promised upfront.
Im requesting that this review stay up because consumers deserve to know Krazy Kleans guarantee is a sham and its handling of customer data is reckless.
