I saw an advertisement for Krazy Klean offering a 90-day risk-free guarantee and a buy 2 get 3 free promotion, so I placed an order (Order #******) on March 1, 2025. After trying the product for a reasonable amount of time, I found that it did not work as advertised. On June 12, 2025, I submitted a request to return the items and get a refund, in line with the companys risk-free guarantee.I received an email from their support team that said: We are sorry you want to return your item. Happy to help! I responded, explaining the product didnt work and expected return instructions. Instead, they replied with troubleshooting questions and asked for pictures of my toilet. They never provided return instructions.After that, I received an automated email asking me to rate how well their team helped me though they still had not processed my return or provided the necessary information.I followed up again on July 24, clearly requesting return instructions. Upon receiving this complaint, I just went back to the customer's order to issue a full refund. However, I am not able to issue a refund through ******* because a chargeback has been opened by the customer and isn't yet resolved.I emailed the customer with two options for issuing a refund and am waiting to hear back. I have provided the order confirmation page, which shows the Chargeback details. I have also provided the email to the customer where I outline a couple of choices she can pick to receive the refund.

Krazy Clean is supposed to have a 10 year warranty and money back guarantee. When I went to return it for a refund, they said they don't have me on file. My query to the website got me an email response from The Krazy Klean Support email address that looks scammy so I hesitate to give them any more personal information. I can only add my complaint to all those prior. The product Krazy Klean is a total scam as reported numerous times with a ****** search of this product. Our experience is the same as all others. We purchased 4 of the items for $124. They are worthless. They do nothing. I think the only "product" that is in the nice plastic container to put in your toilet tank is beach sand to keep it from floating. We saw their "Too good to be true" ad on our iPhones and iPads. Upon receiving this complaint, I inquired into the provided details and found the following:
-There are no orders in our system from a *** ******. The email address ****************** has one order in our system, order #****** for $124 that was placed by a ***** ****.
-I reviewed all the communication from ***** **** to our team and there was no refund request. However, the order page shows a chargeback was issued and was ruled today in ******* favor.
-With the chargeback being resolved today, ***** will receive the refund via ****** wallet (the form of payment used on the original order).I emailed *** at ****************** to explain that the refund is being issued via the chargeback, and to explain that there was never a refund requested prior to the chargeback.
I am attaching the following in support of this case:
-order confirmation page, with contact details, and chargeback timeline and details
-All inbound communication from email address ****************** (1 ticket) which was closed due to no refund request being made
-My email to the customer outlining all of this information, explaining the confusion and refund information, and thanking them for trying our company.
I believe this is now resolved, but if not please let me know what else can be done to resolve.

On May 7, 2025 Purchased : 1x Krazy Klean Pro (10-year warranty!) - 4 Pros Total: $124.00 The products were delivered and 1 item was tested for 30 days and found not to function as advertised.Per the sellers website, ************************************************, a return and refund request was made.The only response was an automated e-mail asking why the return was requested. On 6/3/25 I placed an order for 3 of the advertised toilet bowl cleaners (order ******). I received a shipping notice the same afternoon. After a couple of days, I checked the tracking number and it still said that the product had not been given to the shipper ****** Contacted customer service about the issue (6/6). They responded same day saying the carrier hadn't scanned the order and they would contact the carrier. In the mean time I contacted the carrier and was told the shipper had to talk to them and they had no record of either the order or a contact from the shipper. On 6/9 I contacted Krazy Klean again cancelling my order and requesting a refund since they had not shipped the product. I was getting nervous that I would never get my order. No response. The following evening (6/10) I got a notice that the order had been dropped off at the carrier that afternoon. I emailed customer service again stating that I had cancelled the order, I didn't want it because of their lack of follow up and to please honor my request. 2 days later 6/12 someone finally responded saying they were doing all they could to ship the product. I responded again stating I didn't want it, and please send instructions regarding how to return the order. I had placed an order on May 9th for three crazy clean toilet cleaners for a total of $89.10. these items have not actually worked for me and have not made cleaning my toilet any easier. This company makes claims that you won't have to clean your toilet again, if you buy this product. Their website says they have a 90-day risk-free trial with a money-back guarantee and a 10 year guarantee. I made a purchase thinking I have nothing to lose. I received the product, put it in several brand new toilets (in a new construction home I had just moved into), because I wanted the toilets to stay looking new for the 10 years. Right away I could tell this product wasn't working, but I still gave it a little time. It still wasn't working so I email asking to do a return for a refund. The response I received was "why?". I responded with my explanation. Then, I received a blanket troubleshooting email asking about pre-existing stains etc. I had already expressed that these were brand new toilets, but I replied explaining that again, plus I sent a before and after photo of me cleaning the toilet, showing the stains didn't go away even with normal cleaning (because they said their product only works on hard water stains). Then they replied with another blanket email asking if it was mineral stains that would wipe away with a tissue. (Well, apparently they won't if I just showed me cleaning the toilet), but I played along and took a video of me wiping the stains with a tissue, and it not budging. At this point they have simply stopped replying after receiving my photo and video evidence, which makes it clear to me that they do not plan to refund me, and never did. I guess they thought taking me through all these steps would deter me, but nope, they need to stand by their claims and guarantees! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! (By the way, since the back and forth has taken so long, I no longer have the card used when I purchased, so a refund would have to be supplied to a different account.)Business Response
