      I bought three of these. Contrary to their advertised claims, I still have to clean every toilet by hand at least once a week. The price is way too high for what it does - which is minimal at best. If you read their terms and conditions, you will find that they have no warranty to back up the performance of this product. I definitely would not buy it again, and cannot recommend it.

      Purchased April 2025. Was doing a great job but 4months later(Aug 2025) it no longer working!!! It says it is warranted for 10 years!!!

      Ive tried my fair share of toilet bowl cleaners over the years, but this little mineral dome has been a game changer! Its been about 4 months since I dropped it into the tank, and I havent had to scrub my toilet even once since then. No rings, no stains, and it actually smells clean without being overpowering.Highly recommended!!

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. Wasted $70. NOT HAPPY! Product does NOT work. I am still cleaning toilets at least twice a week. They even sent me some kind of booster device. It didn't work either. Where's MY refund. I am going to blast my review every place I can.

      I am sorry to hear you did not see results with our product even with the addition of the booster. We never heard back after the booster was received, so we assumed that that had done the trick. Based on this review I understand that is not the case and have issued your requested refund. There are some municipalities and water supplies that have higher concentrations of minerals and additional support may be needed. We would be happy to help you with solutions for this- if interested please do not hesitate to reach out. All the best.

      This company and product is a complete scam. They do not honor the money back guarantee and they don't respond at all or take days and days to respond to emails. Once print they do respond they give you the runaround and delay. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
