    They deleted the forget my password button so I sign up with another email in cash out a amazon gift card yesterday but it didnt came in I emailed them but they didnt answer

    This is for social loops app eureka. This is a survey/ app testing for money app. Me and along with many other people in the apps reviews have claimed to not get paid for the work we have done within the app. Customer support is unresponsive after 5 attempts within a month and many others have the same problem. They are scamming people out of their time.

    On July 13 of this year, I completed an offer on a website called RevU. The offer involved investing $5 into an app called ********* and I would be rewarded $18.80 as compensation. I accessed RevU through a site called ****** (owned by SocialLoop LLC). Although I was the offer was marked as completed/credited on RevU, I never received the compensation on my Eureka account and when I reached out to ****, they told me that the compensation is being withheld from me on Eurekas end and is out of their hands. As such, I contacted Eureka but aside from one response in which they stated that I was compensated (I was not and I have the account history to prove so), they have not made another effort to respond to any other emails. I merely wish to receive the $18.80 I was promised. The files attached include a screenshot from RevU stating that the offer was completed and credited, and I tried to attach a screen recording of my account history showing that I did not receive the $18.80, but its not allowing me to do so.

    I completed several surveys and tasks for 2 of this companies apps which were Eureka and Survey Spin. After spending a lot of time, effort and even a little money I have been unable to cash out my earnings. Ive tried multiple times over the past several days and each time on both apps I get an error message. I completed all the trouble shooting steps multiple times and saw no improvement. *** reached out a few times to support but no one will respond again. I really need my money and just want to be paid. I did my part snd just want them to do the same

    Ive been using this survey app for a year. Ive always received instant cashouts once I hit the $5 **** thats required to Cashout. This particular time that has fueled this complaint, I stacked up to $25+ and now all of a sudden I cannot Cashout. Im receiving an error message that says Please cashout on IOS in which I am already trying to Cashout on IOS. Another message that pops up is please close app and reopen in which Ive done countless of times and still unable to Cashout. I have been reaching out to customer support for over a week. I have sent in screen recordings and screenshots as proof like I was asked. 5 emails later with no resolution. I did some research and there are other users who have also experienced this same issue, only they have given up and come to terms that they wont receive their monies. This should not be overlooked by the company and its unprofessional to not address these types of issues and essentially ghost your users. Customer support is no help! All I want is my $25+ that I worked for and am owed!

    I downloaded this app on May 27th ad a way to make some easy money. The first day I made $5.69. The following night I made $10.45 and cashed out. I then easily made about $6.05 and cashed that out to my PayPal. It takes 1 to 2 days to recieve the money to my PayPal. I was supposed to receive $16.50 in total yesterday on May 30th and have yet to recieve anything. I also sent an email to them the same day and they stated they would get back to me in 1 business day, obviously that didn't happen. I go to ****** Play to check their reviews and most say they've never recieved payment and don't even get an email back.

    I've been waiting since March to get my pay out for eureka surveys now I've been waiting almost 2 weeks from survey pop to get my cash out this is ridiculous they owe me $10 total. I want them finish the job and pay me I did their surveys they need to pay me

    I completed many surveys and earned money with Social Loop LLC; specifically under their two companies; survey spin And survey pop. Initially it was a good experience; offering immediate payments via PayPal. I cashed my earnings from Social Loop on 4-26-24 and 4/25/2024. The amounts owed are &5.53 and $723. Ive emailed support by email numerous times about this unpaid cashout but sadly; no one responded at all. I noticed the receipt for my cashouts say the payments would take up to 2 days to reach my PayPal instead of processing payment immediately like normal. Its now been over 2 weeks and I still have not been paid or received any reply from survey Survey Pop or parent companies Eureka Surveys or Social Loop LLC. I then cashed out on Monday for an ****************** survey spin for $6.09 - but did not get paid again! I found out that both survey spin and survey pop are both owned by. Social Loop LLC- who has paid my cash outs instanrly via PayPal for both companies: I dont know why they stoped paying for my work but am entitled to the advertised compensation now. Ive waited way too long already.     Socialloop owns an app called Eureka where users can complete surevys for money. The payment ranges from $0.01 to $2.00 or sometimes more. After accumulating $5.00, users can cash out through various methods. I have attempted to cash out twice for amounts of $36 - paid to me bank account, and $10 - paid as an Amazon gift card. Eureka aka social loop has not delivered either payment, and multiple attempts to contact support has been ignored.
