    This company operates Eureka Surveys, Pop Surveys, Survey Spin and perhaps others. They advertise instant cash outs once you meet the dollar amount required to do so. However when I cashed out on their Survey Pop app, I was given an immediate message that it would be ***** hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Not only that they have repeatedly not responded to my inquiries. They send a stock response when I initially reach out but zero communication after. I sent photos. Its very self explanatory. They are paid by the companies wanting the information to retrieve it. And getting to cash out level can take a lot of time. It is absolutely unethical and immoral to take advantage of people trying to make an honest dollar. Shame on you

    ive been using this app for about two months they make me do several ***************************** just dont pay out your money this stuff is a scam tried winning extra money on the side for food but they never ever sent my money im out of almost 200$ ive supposed to have won

    I am writing to formally file a complaint against SocialLoop, LLC, the operator of the Survey Spin app. I have been a member of Survey Spin since June 11, 2024, based on its promise to reward users for completing surveys. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.Over several months, I diligently participated in surveys and accrued $31.62 in earnings. However, despite repeated attempts to cash out my balance, I have not received any payment. Each cash-out request indicated that the funds would be transferred to my ****** account within 1-2 business days. However, it is now December, and I have not received the payment or any meaningful communication addressing my concerns.I first contacted their customer support team on July 18, 2024, and have sent multiple follow-up inquiries since then. Unfortunately, I have received no response or resolution to this issue. Their customer support has been entirely unhelpful, leaving me with no choice but to escalate this matter.This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable, and I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter. I expect to receive my earned payment promptly and for SocialLoop, LLC, to address these ongoing issues with their service and support.

    Socialloop llc. Owns the app called Eureka found in the App Store for iPhone. It's a app that you take surveys, daily polls, and participate in offers by downloading other apps or play games and they pay you a small amount per each task until you get to a certain amount to cash out for real money! I downloaded the app and did some surveys and daily polls and was able to cash out for the first time ($5) in a matter of two days. I thought that was a good deal and was able to make the money pretty quickly so I kept using the app except this time I tried to do the offer option instead of using surveys( because suddenly I kept getting kicked out of surveys and you don't get paid when that happens) well I found a offer I liked it was one that I had to download a game(dicedreams) and reach certain levels and you make money according to which levels you make it to and it gives you a timeframe that the offer is valid to complete. Well I downloaded it and made it past the first level point that was stated to make money (level 19 $10) I never got paid so I messaged customer service there reply was that I got to the level too fast so they blocked me from doing offers and wasn't gonna pay for me completing that offer. There app never mentions anywhere that you can't complete a offer too fast it only states how long you have until the offer is ended!

    I recently did an offer on the Eureka Surveys app for coin base for $25.60. I did the offer as said, and I was not awarded my dollars there is no option to contact customer support in the app. And ********************** has been ignoring my emails and will not release my money.

    I completed Chapter 8 on Domino Dreams and I spent money to get that far, probably about $15, to get to the $32 payout and eventually the $72 payout. Once I finally got to the $32 payout for completing Chapter 8, it never happened. I reached out to Besitos, the game developer, and they said they have no way to fix tracking issues. I reached out to Eureka, and they claimed I had downloaded the app before and not through Eureka, which is not true, and that I didnt have app tracking on, which I did the entire time and I sent them proof. After asking for their corporate address to write to the BBB, both companies Eureka and Besitos started ignoring me. I am now writing to the BBB on both companies and will not stop until this is resolved. I just want the payout that I rightfully earned. I loved the Eureka app and suggested it to all of my friends, many of which downloaded it as well, and now that I have experienced being scammed by Eureka, I have given up on it. If this is resolved, I would love to continue using the app. However, I cannot continue being scammed like this.

    The online survey company Eureka does not pay customers when they complete **********************. I played their games and did their surveys as an experiment for my viewers as a streamer, only to earn nearly $30 and never get paid. I've contacted their customer service multiple times with a response saying they will contact me within 24 hours and heard nothing. It's disheartening that a company like this that offers pennies for their work, doesn't even pay people after they do their work. This is taking advantage of people who are struggling and absolutely wrong. Please review their site and customer experiences. I believe they pay some but not all. Possibly to appear legit? I spent 3 days straight playing their games and completing surveys, only to be ignored once I cashed out.

    I use SocialLoops Eureka Surveys for extra money on the side. I have changed phones (but I still have my old phone) in January and my email in May to reflect my married name.I have tried to cash out for the past several weeks. I first contacted customer support to change my email on my account on September 24, 2024; I received a reply from an agent named **** the next day, but they did not supply any solutions to my issue. I explained my issue further and I have yet to hear from them. I contacted support again on 9/30/2024, 10/1/2024, and 10/16/2024; I have not heard back from them. I am just requesting to change my email on my account, but no one in customer support is answering me.

    I use this survey app and sometimes they have games on there that u can play and teach a certain level to get a certain amount of money in a certain amount of time now with that being said I played this game it gave me 30 days I to get to level 40 and when I completed which was today 10-18-2024 I had 5 days left now with that being said I purchased in game stuff for this game so I could get to that level well when I reached my reward level I received no payment I contacted the company holding the rewards they say it expired which made no sense it clearly says I had 30 days and at the start now 5 days left in pictures so they told me to contact the survey company I did then they told me to go back and talk to the reward company back and fourth out $30 and no reward of the $73 I completed so I told them if this isnt resolved Im going to file a lawsuit and talk to the BBB because this is false advertisement and I feel scammed and lied to

    I did a lot of answering questions from these guys via their survey site *****************************. I cashed out $5.05 on october 8th and have not received it yet 10 days later. According to other users, the payout is usually 2-3 days. I have already emailed them but have been ghosted by them. A seemingly regular recurring theme according to other users. My surveyspin account has ************************** email attached to it and I cashed out via ******. I want my deserved $5.05 in my ******.
