These two survey apps Eureka and Survey pop essentially froze my account, stopped giving me surveys and any other account I created was frozen as well I would like both of the first accounts I created to be unfrozen and still receive surveys. Hello,I am writing to express a concern I have about *********, the iPhone app from your company. I have attempted to cash out for two gift cards after meeting the minimum balance and I have yet to receive both gift cards. I was supposed to receive an Amazon gift card from ********* for $5.03 back on August 16th. Also, I was supposed to receive a Burger King gift card for $5.01 back on August 3rd. Both gift cards were never sent to me. I never received them. And yes I did check my spam and junk mail and I still could not find them. This is not right. This is completely unethical. You cant take peoples hard earned money away like that for no reason. Thats illegal. I worked hard for that money. I have stopped using Surveypop as a result of this. What ********* is doing is called fraud and theft. Its not right what ********* is doing. You cant cheat consumers out of their hard earned money like that. It brings a bad reputation to your company. It undermines the credibility of your survey platform. Your company has lost my trust. ********* is legally required to pay me for work that I have completed. Please have Surveypop send over the $5.03 Amazon **** Card along with the $5.01 Burger King **** Card. Im completely disappointed at the moment.Initial Complaint

I am a member of eureka surveys. By doing surveys and offers on the eureka surveys app, I accumulated (within a couple days) $43.02 in my account. Only a $5 minimum is required to be able to cash out. So about a week ago, I went to cash out and I received an error, which said:OOPS! please check your internet, close, and reopen app before cashing out. My internet is fine. I contacted help support through the app and received an automated response and then what seemed like a person response asking me to send screenshots and/or a screen recording showing what happens when I attempt to cash out. So I sent what was requested. And then absolutely nothing, no response, no further help, and of course, no resolution to me being able to cash out my money that I earned! During the next few days or so, I contacted help through the app again and again; this time submitting the screenshots and screen recording right away under a new ticket number. Now I do not receive any response at all (except for the automated response email). I dont think that they have any intention of paying me what I earned (what they owe me)!!! I wouldnt care so much or try to push it as much under normal circumstances. But doing online surveys and other such things is my only means of livelihood due to circumstances beyond my control. So by not being able to cash out my money from eureka surveys app, they are causing me even further financial distress and hardship while I am trying very hard to get myself back on my feet!!! I keep trying to cash out but I keep getting that same error and no response when I open a support ticket. Im very upset and frustrated!Initial Complaint

I have been using the Eureka app for the past few months and initially had a positive experience. However, *** recently encountered serious issues with their paid game offers. I have downloaded and played several games through the Eureka app that required real-money purchases as part of the reward structure. Despite completing all the steps as required, I have not received credit for multiple offers.I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, providing screenshots, timestamps, and proof of purchases. Their responses have been dismissive or completely unhelpful, and they have refused to resolve the issue or issue the credits I earned.This has caused me both financial loss and wasted time. I spent my hard-earned money on games believing I would be compensated as advertised by Eureka. I now feel misled and frustrated by their lack of accountability.I am requesting that Eureka properly credit my account for all the completed offers or provide a refund for the money I spent while participating in them. Hello,I have tried to contact Eureka Surveys, Survey Spin, and Survey Pop support - all owned by SocialLoop - numerous times for over year now regarding locked surveys. Ive never received any response, and have been unable to initiate any surveys during this ******* like for ********************** to respond to these support tickets or reach out here to provide more information about why my surveys and accounts are locked, and when they will unlock my surveys so I can continue to use their apps.Ive had no other issues with them - simple and straightforward. The business offer surveys for people to complete in their mobile apps. I completed a lot of surveys and earned 12 dollars according to my account with them. However, when I tried to cashout the money, there was nothing at all. They sent me a system email saying the cashout is being processed and will arrive within one business day, but I never received anything after more than two weeks. I have contacted them through their customer support email twice and no response has been sent back to me. This company is a complete scam, and I hope their fraudulent app can be taken off the app store to avoid future people being manipulated.Initial Complaint

They had a featured offer with Gemini trading, where you can create an account for $1.20 and deposit $10 for $20. I did both of those and was credited for the first one but not the second one and was told that i either: downloaded the app before, didnt allow tracking, didnt install or not eligible. but how would that work if the other offer credited me (it was for creating and verifying a new account). i wouldnt even be mad if the bitcoin value hadnt dropped by $3 by the time i was able to withdraw my deposit.
