Survey Pop cancelled my account owing me $5.00. I asked them for the reason my account was cancelled and they never responded. I see by the previous complaints and their rating of 1.5 out of 4 that I am not the only person they have stolen from. I want my $5.00 and I hope others don't get involved with your shady operations. This is money you legitimately owe me and you don't seem to care a wit about stealing because you feel that there is a new sucker born every day.Initial Complaint

Ok this is an app I use that offers surveys for money. They have not compensated me and I know it's not a scam cause they have two other similar apps that I have used and have been paid. They are ignoring me I've sent multiple messages and no reply I feel they are stealing from me by not paying me for my time and thoughts and I don't know any other way other than calling the law on them so if y'all can help me they're be great thank youInitial Complaint

On Eureka and Survey Pop, I was supposed to earn money for completing surveys but sometimes I complete the surveys from MakerInsights and dont get rewarded. My survey spin account was flagged for no reason and I contacted survey spin several times and obviously no response. Then I contacted survey pop and that caused my survey pop account to be flagged as well. Then my eureka account was flagged FOR NO REASON. I contacted all the companies and still no response. Then Cash Arcade. Ive cashed out several times and didnt get my money, and guess what? I contacted them to and no surprise, still no response! I demand compensation from these companies for the time I took completing these stupid racist surveys that decline me for putting in my race.Initial Complaint

On 12/3/2023 on the eureka surveys app my wife cashed out 27 dollars which she had to deposit money to get that total when she cashed out she never received her money the email she used is ************************* we have both emailed customer support several times only one time i got an email back i sent screenshots of cash out then total right after i never got a response back we are trying to raise 2 kids on minimum wage that could have bought a box of diapersInitial Complaint

I completed online work for the company to be compensated upon completion. I completed the tasks and requested my payout and was unable to receive my funds, i reached out to customer service twice in the last two months and haven't received one single response. The SurveyPop app provides an option to play games for rewards through the PlayTimeWeb site. I completed one of these offers and was not given the money as shown in the screenshots. I contacted the PlayTimeWeb support team and havent gotten a single reply, I contacted the SurveyPop support team and described the situation and was repeatedly told to contact another support team that wasnt responding.
