this is a fraudulent website, they got me for 2 companies and are now trying to charge my card again.

All charges stated in the customer complaint are stated clearly and directly in multiple areas and pages of our website, including on the checkout page and pricing page which are both accessible before any payment is made. All charges are agreed to upon purchase of initial report and registration of account. We have already refunded these charges and cancelled the customer's account so he will not be charged again.

November 2024, I contracted with this entity to file a business BOIR; however, the gov't later determined that we as US citizens did not need to file this report. That was determined on March 25, 2025.On April 30th, this company deducted $349.00 from my checking account for filing the report (that didn't need to be filed). However, when they gave me a tracking number to check the report status on the government site (************************************************) the tracking information did not work. I tried multiple times and then called again. We confirmed the tracking number I had was correct but still didn't work.I requested a receipt for the filing via email two times with no response - I check my spam folder repeatedly. **************** I was charged for a service they did not provide or NEED to provide as they withdrew funds from my bank account AFTER the gov't notice went out I no longer needed to file. Thanks for your time.

BOIR.org is posing as a necessary government site to file your beneficial ownership information. It misleads business owners into thinking this is the site to file their BOI. You have to read the fine print at the bottom to see that there is an option to file at no cost at a different website. It does not claim up front that this is a streamlined service for a fee. It does not mention a fee anywhere. I filed in November of 2024 and in April 2025 was charged a $349 fee from this company. This company is completely misleading business owners who are already feeling stressed into filing this report. They are capitalizing on that confusion. They go by Global Informatics LLC or BOIR.org Even in the receipt they sent me they did not mention a charge. It is fraud. If this was a legitimate business they would advertise what they are selling and be very open and clear about the fee.

At the end of 2024, I found out that businesses had to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report. I signed up with boir.org in order to do this. I later found out from my accountant I no longer needed to file this because the rules had changed. I was emailed from BOIR.org to let me know they would be charging me $349 for a subscription. After they charged me, I called them to let them know I no longer needed their services and would like a refund. The first time I called, I was hung up on. They said take it up with my financial institution. I called back immediately and then was told it would take five business days to receive a refund. Nothing happened. I called my credit union where the funds were taken from. They said because a certain number of days had passed, they could not help me either. I called BOIR.org again. I told them about the five business days I was promised and I did not receive the funds back. They gave me another excuse of no decision being made. I questioned why that was and was told I needed to wait again. When I said this wasn't helpful, I was once again hung up on.

On November, 4, 2024, I completed my information on a pop up form including my bank account number and ACH authorization for $149.00 to ?le the report. Once I hit "send", I did NOT get any con?rmation email, even though they say to look up my BOIR Submission Status on their website with a tracking number they would send. I cannot do that as not submission tracking ID number was ever sent me. If I look up my company, they request payment to continue the submission process. I realized I had been scammed and wrote off the $149 charge to my stupidity. HOWEVER, on April 28, 2025, I received an email saying they would charge my bank account $349 for my annual membership. I never signed up for an annual membership and as there was no actual ?ling ever made on my behalf, I was stunned. I emailed them to NOT charge my account and attempted to 'cancel' my subscription using the button on their website. However, the money was still removed from my bank account. Even though I tried to stop it on both my bank's end and on the website of the fraudulent company. The merchant name on the bank transaction is Global Informatics LLC. The phone number has a recorded message to send an email to ***************** I've sent numerous emails to this address with no response. I have print screens I could share with you of my attempts. On May 22, 2025 I called a new phone number ************ I found on the BBB website. WhenI called, the agent said they had no proof of my prior attempts to contact them or cancel my subscirption and that they would reach out to "the team" and that they gave me a tracking number to look up my first submission. Which does not come up in the FinCEN system.

I am rejecting this response because:

Unfortunately, my bank account was not refunded as the business stated they have done.

If they can refund me now, that would be very much appreciated.

    Thank you.

The company is continually trying run our bank card for the charge of $349. This was a fee that we paid for when using them. It is not a reoccurring amount. Our business banking has caught them each time and has declined the amount, yet they still keep trying.Recent dates of attempt:April 2nd, 2025 May 2nd 2025 May 13th 2025 May 21st 2025 I've emailed and called the phone number but they do not ********** worry is that they are trying to fraudulently take money from us.

On 5/10/25 I paid $1.00 for a 7-day trial period from ************************** for information about a vehicle I was purchasing. I cancelled the subscription on the same day and received an e-mail notification from the business confirming the cancellation. However, a week later, likely when the trial period expired, I was charged a $29.95 monthly fee by the company. I called to complain and was told there was no record of me cancelling my subscription. I told them I had a e-mail confirming it. They cancelled my subscription again and sent me an e-mail confirming it but have done nothing about refunding me the $29.95 I should not have been charged. At that point, I did research on the company and found they regularly do this as there are numerous complaints online calling them a scam operation, including on their own ******** page. I am fearful they will charge me again next month. I would like my $29.95 promptly refunded and people made aware of this company's unscrupulous activities.

Tricked into thinking this was the official government site for filing a Beneficial Ownership Information Report. Website is designed to look exactly like an official site and at the time of my purchase did not have a posted disclaimer. Was charged $349 for a service that is supposed to be free AND company has tried to charge me the same amount twice more over the last two months for nothing at all. Both times I reported them to my bank for fraud. I want my money back and for them to quit trying to charge me for non-existant services.

Boir.org (also known as global informatics) charged me $349 to file my BOI report to the FinCEN on 1/11/25. I paid that and got a receipt for the transaction. They then charged me another $349 in April to my business debit card and have been unresponsive when I have emailed for claim resolution. I have reached out multiple times and email is the only contact method for this company.

On March 21, I started an account with **********************, thinking that I was purchasing a one-time VIN report from ******. When I realized my mistake, I canceled the account. I tried to do this first by chatting online. They told me to call the phone number listed on the website. I tried to call the phone number several times, and it always disconnected me. Finally, I emailed him and received a returned text from the parent company--Global Infomatics *************)--that confirmed subscription cancellation. On April 21, a monthly charge was debited from my account. I have tried to reach out to them again with no response. I would like to make sure this account is canceled and the latest charge is refunded immediately. The monthly charge is $29.95.
