I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vader Mountain Capital regarding their handling of my situation and their continuous threats of collections, despite my efforts to communicate and provide evidence of my circumstances.I entered into an agreement with Vader Mountain Capital on May 2023 for Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and severe medical reasons, I have been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. This diagnosis has had a significant impact on my ability to work and generate income, which in turn has affected my ability to meet the financial obligations outlined in the agreement.I have made multiple attempts to communicate with Vader Mountain Capital and explain my situation. We are very transparent with all costs involved, which are very clearly stated on the front page of the agreement that you signed. After your account went into default we endeavored to assist, requesting bank statements in order to modify your remittance. You failed to provide statements and have been unresponsive since October 2023. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to work with you, we were left with no option but to send your account to a collections agency.
