    The transaction occurred on September 28th, 2023. To this date we have paid daily (excluding weekends) $101.33 since the time of transaction. There was not a full disclosure from the business on what amount needed to be paid back as two numbers are listed and there is no interest number located on the document that was provided to us. Most of the conversation was done through a third party that did not provide us numbers as well as to what amount needed to be paid back. We asked for a payoff amount and the number greatly exceeded what we were told needed to be paid back. The company first told us $5,000 was the amount needed back but has yet to return any calls as they told me I was eligible for a refinance after half the amount was paid and we have already paid back more than the designated amount which would qualify for refinance. We are seeking to settle this amount for 50% of the payoff amount which of this date is $4,357.44. The third party service was ****** and there has been no communication that has been returned from us calling them to get more information about the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was not a full disclosure given since this was done through a 3rd party service. Also being contacted by ************************ when I have had no information on who you were was also alarming. I was told that I would be paying back $5,000 and after more communication with you all I am being told $7,600 is the full amount. I was under the impression that I was paying back $5,000 if this information was given correctly the contract wouldn't have been signed. That is why I am wanting to settle for the original amount I was told which is $5,000

    Hello, i inquired for a business loan with ****** who are affiliated with Vander Servicing LLC. I was approved for a loan with ******** signed my contract today a submitted all of my personal information including, social, date of birth, EIN number and business checking banking information. I received an email 2 hrs later stating I was not approved. I never got a call from any representative from Vader nor an email. ****** emailed me stating I was not approved for the loan, a when I called I spoke to a representative that lied to me stating Vader gave me a call informing me of a back ground check failure. Whoever I never gave anyone the authorization to do a background check for this wasnt a personal loan it is a business loan. I understand I am a person and owner of the business ******************** LLC but I nor the company not gave anyone authorization to do a background check nor did I sign anything stating such thing. I would like this to be further escalated a need to receive something regarding todays circumstances.

    My business borrowed money from them for the growth of the business, however, due to a virus and other issues with our website, I lost most of my paying clients and my business was almost non-existent. I had to move out of my home and now I reside in an efficiency. I'm trying to get my business back on track, but unfortunately, it doesn't happen overnight. I offered to pay them $25 per week which is $100 per month until I am able to make more money and make other arrangements or pay them in full; supposely they agreed however I just found out that they are not interested and they are requiring that I pay $113.67 per day which equals to $568.35 per month. They are harassing me and making threads. I am not refusing to pay but the $25 is the best I can do per week. I can't do more.

    I submitted a request for a line of credit thru Faster Funding LLC on Behalf of Vader Servicing LLC D/B/A Vader Mountain Capital, which I received as approved signing the necessary documents and delivering via email a copy of a canceled check authorizing the daily payments to be debited from my business account, and after doing all this they inform me that no I was approved, I just want to make it clear that they should not have made me sign the terms of the contract that included the authorization for charges through the *** system or ask me to send them a voided check for that purpose, I only require a letter addressed to me with the denial of the credit and the promise that no payment will be attempted to collect on my business account

    Due to the fact that the entity type displayed on your business bank statement and the entity type you registered with your secretary of state do not match, the executed agreement with Vader Servicing LLC (dba Vader Mountain Capital) became null and void on the day it was declined by the Vader Mountain Capital final underwriting department - 08/04/2023. There is no viable active agreement between your company and Vader Mountain Capital. As a result, none of the terms of the agreement stand and none of the terms of the agreement can be enforced.

    I only made this complaint to be sure that after signing the contract, no amount was debited from my account. If you make me sign a contract, you should be sure that the contract is fully approved, given the number of complaints that this company has. it was my duty to protect myself and make it clear that I have no financial relationship or obligation to Vader Servicing ll D/B/A Vader Mountain Capital

    I needed 25k to 30k in funding a few months back so a 3rd party hooked me up with Vader. I was told since my company is under a year old they would approve a smaller amount and when i payback atleast half they will refiance with me for the amount i really needed so i agreed to do the loan for the smaller amount. 2 months later im sitting here with a 100% daily payback rate on $180 a day and friday they denied me refiancing because of a recent loan i took out for only $3,500 which has a 100% payback rate as well. I dont get it. I was told as long as i paid back the money without any problems i could refiance now im stuck paying back money i really didn't need in the first place. I needed the larger amount which i thought i was working towards

    I asked for a loan from Vader Capital who provided me with a loan. I used the money right away for a business transaction from a client who was going to come on board with us, unfortunately the client canceled out on me, my business went in the hole due to issues with the website and I lost not only the money that I borrowed but all the income I was getting. I'm slowly trying to build my business back and have asked Vader to work with me and accept $100 a month for 3 to 4 month until I can get my business up and running. They were rude and threaten to report me as fraud which I did not commit. Sometimes in business things happen that are out of my control. I have every intention of paying them but they are rude and denied working with me. I've read some of the other complains where they try say they help their clients in difficult times... is all lies, they don't care. I can't do anything. If I don't have the money how can I possibly pay them?.

    I signed a contract with Vader Mountain Capital and then lost the contract. They wanted me to proceed making payments even though I informed them that I would not start receiving payments until July 14th, 2023. I assured them that I would pay then. They immediately proceeded to file a UCC against the company.

    I took out a loan with this business and despite multiple attempts, calls, emails, I cannot get logged into my account. Nobody on their team can assist me. They are debiting funds from my business bank account and I have no access to my documents, my loan information, my loan balance, my refinancing options, etc. due to this, I feel like the company is scamming me. Upon setting up my loan with the company, I gave them a phone number and before finishing the paperwork for the loan, I changed my phone number. Their system does not show my new phone number so all communication attempts (if any) from the company are going to a dead line because I cannot get into my account. Despite emailing, I have not heard a reply. When I left a review, they asked me to call them. When I have called (22 times today, alone), I have not received a reply.

    On October 13, 2022 I requested a loan from BBB. The loan was honor by Vader Mountain Capital in the amount of $6,000. I **************** was under the impression that that was a loan and it will be lump sum of payment on a monthly basis. I do not read, write or speak the English language ( I have someone else writing this complaint) no one from Vader translated the contract in Spanish to me before I signed it. I was not aware that they will deduct $124.00 daily from my bank account I thought that that amount was going to be a monthly payment. When I was brought to my attention that they were drawing $124 daily and my account was in default I called them and put stop payment on a daily basis. I spoke with *********************************** and told him I could not pay that way and that I will send payment every monday of $150 they denied. I started sending money orders and I was told they did not take money orders I ask for the money orders back to sent cashier checks and they did not retuned the money orders. I send them two cashier checks in the amount of $150 and I was told that that was the wrong address. I send it to the address in the contract. I requested correct address and never was sent to me. I am not denying payment I just need to send it by mail once a month since I am not working my truck has been in the mechanic shop for 6 months now. I have paid $1344. so far will be able to pay $300 monthly and once I start working with my truck can send more. I want help in reaching an agreement with them. Thank you ****************

    You signed the funding agreement under your own volition and all costs and remittance schedule are very clearly stated on the first page.  Three days after funding, you stopped payments. We subsequently reached out and we explained (in Spanish) that you could return the funds and we would rescind the agreement. You claimed that you no longer had the funds. We advised that we can only accept payment via either ACH or for your convenience via a credit or debit card. After this you remained unresponsive to our efforts to contact you. Vader Mountain Capital has assisted many merchants during times of difficulty, but despite our best efforts to work with you, unfortunately we were left with no alternative but to pass your account on to a collection agency.

    The company solicitor reached out to me regarding a potential business loan. The company stated that the interest rate would be lowered within 4 months after payments begin. However, once the documents were signed we called to confirm this be placed in writing the representative stated that the person who gave us the information did not give the accurate information. Also, was told that we could refinance after 4 months of paying down the principal, this to was stated to be false. They presented themselves as friendly and trustworthy until the loan was signed. They called to follow up until the loan was signed. Once the loan was signed and we made the request for the information to be placed in writing they began avoiding our calls and hanging up the phone. Now they have placed a business lien on any future payment from my business after calling and making threats. All $9500 of was taken directly from my bank account along with some interest. Then they increased the amount of interest once the loan had been paid in full. My account was basically drained to the point I couldnt do business anymore. Then they sent DOUBLE the amount roughly $20,000 to the credit bureaus stating that I owed that ridiculous amount when every single dime of what was owed was taken directly from my account with some interest as I wasnt able to continue at the rate that they added. Because they couldnt prove that I owed that ridiculous amount they werent able to add it to my credit report so they placed a lien. *** reached out to them to inquire about the lien and they will not respond. VADER CAPITAL IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!

All terms of the agreement are very clearly stated on the first page of the agreement that you signed when capital was provided. We have proudly assisted thousands of merchants with fast working capital to help grow their business in this manner. We have also worked to assist merchants during difficult times. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to work together, you ceased payments to us in August 2019 and we were eventually left with no other alternative than to pass your account on to collections agencies and unfortunately you have not responded when they have reached out to assist.
