    All my dealings with Sun Coast Sciences have been positive. I will say that they do occasionally have difficulty keeping some of their products in stock, but on those occasions they have been honest about the delay in shipping and have kept in touch regarding shipping dates.I have been using the product BioShield MD for over a year now and have noted a vast improvement in my immune system. I have contracted Covid twice during this time, but never had symptoms worse than a head cold. I live with a 4 year-old grandchild who exposed me to both the flu and Coxsackie viruses over the last three months. I had no symptoms of either virus. (I had not gotten my flu shot!) After having taken the BioShield for two weeks, I noticed ************ was improved, as well as my energy level. I would recommend Sun Coast Sciences and BioShield MD.

    I have really enjoyed patronizing this company. Their customer service goes above and beyond to help you. I noticed that Hydraflex helped me within a few hours with just starting out with one capsule. I would highly recommend this company for your health concerns.

    Pruduct: Accu Think I don't feel anxiety. My body is calm. My mind is calm too and at moments of stress I have been able to find solutions to the situation without altering my emotions, I'm sleeping 7 hrs.

    It lives up to what is said about the product. Everyone is different but it works g for me. I feel more alive, more energetic and less hungry. I showed it to my Dr and he said yes its good I know a lot of people who have are using this in prevention of Covid. That was a great endorsement. I cant wait to try some other products.

    My origial order for 6 bottles was Sept. Today I got 3 more. I canceled It DOES NOT WORK. Just a money maker. Their 'hotline' tell U 2 leave a message, or email. Wont even TALK ON THE ****** Phoney at best. *****************************

    Were disappointed to receive this BBB review because we track every call, voice message, chat and email (sent or received) in order to ensure that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 


    Having conducted a complete audit of this customer's account, this is what we found: 


    -On Sept 2, 2022 the customer purchased 9 bottles of product, not 6 as he stated in his review.


    -His order included 3 bottles of BioShield MD which he placed on our optional auto-refill subscription plan, as well as 3 bottles of FloraThin and 3 bottles of Detoxithin both as a one-time purchase.


    -At the time of purchase the 3 bottles BioShield MD were on back order. 


    -Upon purchase we emailed the customer an order confirmation that included all the items as well as a shipping confirmation when both shipments left our warehouse. 


    -The items that were not on backorder shipped the next business day and were delivered a few days later.


    -The backordered item wasnt delivered until Oct 18th, which is most likely what caused this confusion.


    -The customer called our support line on Oct 18th after our support line was closed and was forwarded to voicemail.  He then emailed us a few minutes later. 


    Upon receiving his voicemail and email we took the following actions immediately: 


    **We cancelled the item that was on auto-refill so he wouldnt receive future orders. 

    **We returned his call. 

    **We returned his email, sending him an apology and return instructions so that he can return the unwanted items he purchased in exchange for a full refund. 


    -We thought we had fully satisfied the customer because he replied to our email the same day, giving us a great survey rating, and said that hed start the return process.   


    At Sun Coast Sciences we take customer satisfaction very seriously and while we make every possible attempt to keep products in stock and our customers fully informed by sending confirmations and alerts, we fully understand that occasionally someone may forget to cancel an order, or in the case of a lengthy delivery time may forget they placed an order. Therefore, as soon as we are made aware that they wish to cancel or be refunded, we work to do so without question.   


    Hopefully, this clarifies how we attempted to bring the matter to a satisfactory resolution.
