1 starI ordered a skin cream from them then hated it in 2 days it left a film only face that peels off... I returned it with their "RMA" and went to *** and got charged $16 for shipping. It's not over - I have to send them my routing numbers and now they say their assistant is not available to retrieve my information. 1 starSent large order that I DID NOT ORDER and when I called they said it had already shipped. I explained I could not afford all products and had ordered the $37+ product. Over $100+ came out of my account .I explained I was in a fixed income and the gave info on how to return package and get refund. I couldn't do all they added so when the box came I put RETURN TO SENDER FOR REFUND on the package. I am still waiting for my refund and I also had to pay extra at bank because the package cost more than I had in bank. I had the $37+ dollars in bank but I did not have the amount they charged which caused me to pay late fees. I am still waiting for my refund and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THEIR PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO THEM .Sun Coast Sciences, LLC

Weve checked the tracking on your return and can see it is already on its way back to our warehouse. Your full refund will be processed today, and depending on your banks procedures, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
For clarity, your order included two bottles of Total Package Serum, one Complete Eye Serum, and one Complete Neck Cream all of which were listed on the order confirmation email at the time of purchase.

1 starMy wife has tried to return unwanted products with full refund and has been unable to receive return instructions. Lady at customer service promised to email information but has not. Says my wife's email address is invalid although she receives their sale information OK. ***** their customer portal but required pin number was never sent. Also, no answer from email request. Were so sorry for the frustration you experienced when trying to return your order. After looking into this, we found that our emails to her email address were bouncing, which is why she didnt receive the return instructions as promised.
Once we connected with you through an alternate email, we were able to immediately provide a prepaid return label so the product could be sent back for a full refund.

1 starI have attempted to return product for the full refund the website says I am entitled to this company via their website, email and phone. The website kept saying my order number and zip code were invalid. The email response was that they were looking into it and would be back in touch, which they have not. The phone call did result in talking with a lovely person who wanted to help me. She was going to send me an email with the address to ship the return to and a reference number so I could call back and let them know a tracking number once I had shipped the product. The email I received in response to this call was a form email and simply directed me back to their website that continues to tell me my order number and zip code are invalid. When I spoke to my credit card company about the problems I was having with this company they said since I had received the product there was nothing they could do. This company is a scam! 5 starsI was a little skeptical at first that these products (Total package serum and night cream)would actually have a noticable difference. However, after using them for 2 months, my facilaist asked me if I had fillers because my skin looked so tight. While the results seemed gradual to me, they were amazing to her. I have used many, many, skin care products, including all of the medical and expensive ones for the past 45 years, and this is the first time, a product provided such a noticable difference. 5 starsI have been using the Hydrate and Restore Total Cleanser for about 6 months and I have to say it is the best cleanser I have ever used in my life. My skin is brighter and younger looking and leaves my skin ready to absorb my skin care products completely. One bottle lasts for months so it is very economical also. I will use this cleanser for the rest of my life. I'm 71 years young and I am told often that I look like I'm in my early 50's. 1 starI received my first order today I only received 1 Bottle out of the 3 ordered. I haven't spoke with a real person in the phone. I have been on hold for 2 hours. I texted with someone. 5 starsI'm 65 and tried the rejuvenate vitamin. ***. My deep, deep smile lines and wrinkles have reduced so much just in a month and a half. My skin all over is glowing and soft. I absolutely love it and I've tried everything out there. I recommend this totally. Can't wait to try the other products this company has.
