    I received my first order today I only received 1 Bottle out of the 3 ordered. I haven't spoke with a real person in the phone. I have been on hold for 2 hours. I texted with someone. They told me that they were off shift now.!I am really apprehensive about this company for my first experience. Use caution. I will see how this plays out

    I'm 65 and tried the rejuvenate vitamin. ***. My deep, deep smile lines and wrinkles have reduced so much just in a month and a half. My skin all over is glowing and soft. I absolutely love it and I've tried everything out there. I recommend this totally. Can't wait to try the other products this company has.

    I purchased the total package serum in January. I used the product for a couple of months and did not see any results. Per their "customer satisfaction " policy I decided to return both of my orders. One order of 3 bottles and one order of 6 bottles. Their policy states a FULL refund if not satisfied within 1 year. So I returned ALL of the product and included my order # and all information needed to return. Sent **** ....although I did not have a tracking number per post office I 100% know they received 8 unopened bottles and 1 opened bottle. They however have denied my refund!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

    This was my first time ordering from this company, and Ill admitI was a bit hesitant at first. Some of the BBB reviews gave me pause, and as a Canadian customer, I was concerned about potential tariffs or hidden fees beyond the listed price. But I had already fallen in love with the Total Package Serum, which a friend had gifted me, and I was nearly outso I decided to take the ********* my relief, the product arrived within a few weeks, and there were no unexpected charges at delivery. The ordering process was smooth, and everything arrived in perfect ************ for the serum itselfwhat a game changer! I was initially skeptical, but now I cant imagine my skincare routine without it. Although the instructions suggest using it both morning and night, I apply it just in the morning to stretch it a bit further, since it is on the pricier side. Thankfully, a single pump is more than enough to cover my face. The texture is silky and lightweight, absorbing quickly without any ********** usually quite sensitive to fragrances, but this serum has a soft, pleasant scent that doesnt overwhelm. After it absorbs, I follow up with my usual SPF moisturizer, and the result is skin that feels refreshed, firm, and ********** turning 51 this year, and I regularly get told I look like Im in my late 30s or early 40sthis serum definitely plays a part in that!     I did not try the product and let me tell you why. I watched Dr *********** entire video and when I saw an Il Makiage product model in his video, claiming she got the results from his product, I knew his products were not legitimate. If his products were legit, he'd be able to use his own models. False advertisement = unethical and dishonesty!

    Ive been using the Total package serum for a few months and I notice my skin is more even. Ive also started using the neck cream as well as a few supplements including ********* with K2. I have noticed my neck skin is tighter and appears less wrinkled already. I like the fact that all the products have a year guarantee with 100% money back.

    Placed order on 4/26 and was told I'd receive shipping notices. On May 1, after hearing nothing, I texted "where's my order?" I heard nothing and started researching the company. After reading many negative reports, I called my bank and canceled the order. I then texted Suncoast that I'd canceled. Immediately got a long scripted text that told me nothing. On May 3rd, I received a package from a shipper. I opened a corner, found the shipping form, and sure enough, it was from Suncoast. I could feel the 2 tube's in the package. I Immediately texted and told them I'd just received the canceled order, I was refusing it and returning it. Again, I Immediately received the long, canned answer that told me nothing. I replied that I'd already gotten my refund from my bank. This is absolutely the most incompetent company that I've ever dealt with. They're big on marketing but lacking in customer service.

    Your order was placed on April 26 and shipped out the very next day, on April 27.
    The tracking shows it was delivered to your address on May 5, which is within our standard shipping timeframe: ********************************************************************************

    It appears our team did send the shipping confirmation, but its possible it may have landed in your spam or promotions folder. We havent received any other recent reports of confirmation emails not being received, but we understand how frustrating it must have been not to see it.

    We received your Where is my order? message on May 1, and while you also attempted a phone call, it looks like the call was ended before one of our agents could assist.

    Shortly after, we received another message from you saying you had filed a dispute with your bank and wished to cancel the order. Per our standard procedure, you received an automatic response explaining the chargeback process.

    While you did request no further contact, our escalation team still respondedsince resolving customer issues (especially escalated ones) is something we take seriously and feel is the right thing to do.

    I ordered the Hydrate & Restore Total Face Cleanser and have only used it for a week & a half. I noticed a marked improvement in my skin after just a few days! I had a very dry patch on my cheekbone that had me worried. I was about to make a dermatology appointment to have it checked out. After 3 days of using this cleanser, it has almost disappeared! It looks better every day. I also noticed my skin looks brighter and the marionette lines aren’t quite as prominent. Needless to say, I’m anxious to try some of the other products in this line!
