  My wife has tried to return unwanted products with full refund and has been unable to receive return instructions. Lady at customer service promised to email information but has not. Says my wife's email address is invalid although she receives their sale information OK. ***** their customer portal but required pin number was never sent. Also, no answer from email request. Please help.

  I have attempted to return product for the full refund the website says I am entitled to this company via their website, email and phone. The website kept saying my order number and zip code were invalid. The email response was that they were looking into it and would be back in touch, which they have not. The phone call did result in talking with a lovely person who wanted to help me. She was going to send me an email with the address to ship the return to and a reference number so I could call back and let them know a tracking number once I had shipped the product. The email I received in response to this call was a form email and simply directed me back to their website that continues to tell me my order number and zip code are invalid. When I spoke to my credit card company about the problems I was having with this company they said since I had received the product there was nothing they could do. This company is a scam! DO NOT order from them and expect them to stand by their return policy.

  I was a little skeptical at first that these products (Total package serum and night cream)would actually have a noticable difference. However, after using them for 2 months, my facilaist asked me if I had fillers because my skin looked so tight. While the results seemed gradual to me, they were amazing to her. I have used many, many, skin care products, including all of the medical and expensive ones for the past 45 years, and this is the first time, a product provided such a noticable difference. I highly recommend these products.

  I have been using the Hydrate and Restore Total Cleanser for about 6 months and I have to say it is the best cleanser I have ever used in my life. My skin is brighter and younger looking and leaves my skin ready to absorb my skin care products completely. One bottle lasts for months so it is very economical also. I will use this cleanser for the rest of my life. I'm 71 years young and I am told often that I look like I'm in my early 50's. I have also had great customer service with this company with my past purchases also. I highly recommend Suncoast Sciences great products.

  I received my first order today I only received 1 Bottle out of the 3 ordered. I haven't spoke with a real person in the phone. I have been on hold for 2 hours. I texted with someone. They told me that they were off shift now.!I am really apprehensive about this company for my first experience. Use caution. I will see how this plays out

  I'm 65 and tried the rejuvenate vitamin. ***. My deep, deep smile lines and wrinkles have reduced so much just in a month and a half. My skin all over is glowing and soft. I absolutely love it and I've tried everything out there. I recommend this totally. Can't wait to try the other products this company has.

  I purchased the total package serum in January. I used the product for a couple of months and did not see any results. Per their "customer satisfaction " policy I decided to return both of my orders. One order of 3 bottles and one order of 6 bottles. Their policy states a FULL refund if not satisfied within 1 year. So I returned ALL of the product and included my order # and all information needed to return. Sent **** ....although I did not have a tracking number per post office I 100% know they received 8 unopened bottles and 1 opened bottle. They however have denied my refund!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

  This was my first time ordering from this company, and Ill admitI was a bit hesitant at first. Some of the BBB reviews gave me pause, and as a Canadian customer, I was concerned about potential tariffs or hidden fees beyond the listed price. But I had already fallen in love with the Total Package Serum, which a friend had gifted me, and I was nearly outso I decided to take the ********* my relief, the product arrived within a few weeks, and there were no unexpected charges at delivery. The ordering process was smooth, and everything arrived in perfect ************ for the serum itselfwhat a game changer! I was initially skeptical, but now I cant imagine my skincare routine without it. Although the instructions suggest using it both morning and night, I apply it just in the morning to stretch it a bit further, since it is on the pricier side. Thankfully, a single pump is more than enough to cover my face. The texture is silky and lightweight, absorbing quickly without any ********** usually quite sensitive to fragrances, but this serum has a soft, pleasant scent that doesnt overwhelm.
