    I ordered this product (Total Night Cream). They just sent 3 more jars which I did not order. I want to send it back and cancel any further orders. I listened to several recorded spiels about ****************** plans, ********* and others. All recorded and never a word from a human. This a SCAM ! Im sure the positive reviews are all fake. ****** any further orders.

    Sun coast called this morning.They were very polite, apologizing for what happened. They are to in-subscribe us ( I didnt know we subscribed) and will not send any further products. Appreciate BBB action.

    Through an ad on ********, I ordered 3 bottles of Total Serum for ******. Before finishing the order a pop up appeared to purchase 3 bottles and get 3 free. I clicked on this thinking it would override my previous selection. There was no indication whatsoever stating the 6 bottles would be in addition to the other 3. I received a call from a person by the name of **** **************. This is her direct line. When I spoke to her on July 2 and explained the above I asked her to cancel the 6 additional bottles, she said she couldnt because it had already shipped. She said there would be no problem returning them once I received them. I also asked her to cancel any auto shipments. She confirmed that wouldnt be necessary since it was a one-time order. As soon as I received the package I called **** and asked her if the total of 9 bottles was included in this package. She confirmed it was 9 bottles. I asked her to send me the instructions/return label to return the package. She said she put in the request for the instructions to be sent and that I should receive it in a day or two. That was on July 10. Today is July 17 and I have still have not received the return instructions. When I called **** on the 17th to follow-up, no one answered the phone. The other times I had called, she answered on the first ring and said Hi *****. I left a message for her to return my call. I see there have been many complaints against Sun Coast Sciences. Please add this one to the growing list.

    Today I spoke to ******** who resolved this issue/complaint. My methods of payment were credited and he graciously let me keep 2 of the 9 bottles free of charge.

    Was charged $117 twice and company set up recurring charge when I had not checked recurring charge all for a one-time $49 order

    Weve looked into your account and only found a single order for $117. There is no active subscription associated with your profile, and we werent able to locate a second charge for the same amount.

    That said, just to make things right, weve gone ahead and refunded the $117 charge and sent you a coupon for a free product as a thank you for your patience.

    Its possible that because you paid via ******, you may have received both a ****** receipt in addition to our order confirmation, which could have made it seem like there were two separate charges. But if you do have any additional detailslike another transaction ID, or a screenshot of the second chargewed be more than happy to investigate further and ensure everything is fully resolved.

    I ordered 3 months of product on 6/21/25. It was charged to my *********** card on 6/23/25. I never received an email or text with the order number or any other details. I have No idea where my order is or when Ill get it. I am so disappointed that what I believed to be a professional business seems to be anything but. PLEASE contact me by 6/30/25 or I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint.

    I received an email from Suncoast saying the product I ordered was already delivered. It wasnt, however, I did receive it yesterday, June 28th. Consequently, Id like to dismiss the complaint. Thank you for all your efforts.

    I was on the phone with customer service and she said she would send me a refund because product did not work. I was holding for 2 hours so she said she would email me the information to return product. She never did. Now I cannot even get on the website.

    I was placing an order on 05/04/25 and clicked ****** for payment but it never returned to the site to confirm my order and a better offer popped up so I clicked on it and the same thing happened. I have had a problem before with other sites when I click ****** it goes back to the site and I have to submit the order because something wasn't complete. I checked my bank account and was charged for two orders and went to my email and had confirmation for two orders which included a company portal to edit/change/cancel your order/tracking/etc but the portal was blocked as phishing. That was red flag and immediately made me question this business. I immediately emailed until I got a response May 7th it was canceled and I would receive credit(maybe up to 10 days). Then I received an email for shipping the order and emailed again telling them it was canceled per *****. It looks days to get email responses from them but they email me more than once a day trying to get me to buy from them again. I wouldn't have opened the package when it arrived except it had no company name and I wasn't sure what it was(the merchandise inside hasn't been opened). I can't access their portal or website since it is blocked for phishing to print a label or anything about where to return it. I have emailed back and forth with numerous representatives and haven't received my credit. Now it appears this business is very shady as I have advised them I can't access the portal due to phishing blockage to handle this. I have wasted a lot of time and emails with them for their error and dealing with the aftermath of them not following through with the cancelation. Please help.

    Ordered Total Package Serum - have been receiving Derma Bright/Currently have enough Derma Bright for a year and only part of a Total Package Serum. I like your products but want to receive the product ordered.If we cannot straighten this out I will cancel all current and future orders and refuse to receive all orders received. K *******

    The company Im dealing with is called ************************* was on April 2025, I placed an order on line but refused to finish it. They called me back then they told me the price I said no. My account was deducted the amount. I declined it at the bank they resubmitted it. When it arrived I returned it. I have received the third package again, I have tracking of it being returned 5/24/25 and this new amount went through my bank on 5/20/25

    I placed an order for six months' worth of product. I never received the products and was charged again one month later for another six months' worth of product. The website states that they will bill again in six months if you order six months' worth of product.

You should have received your 6-month supply of ReActivate by now, and the fact that it wasn't delivered along with an additional charge is completely unacceptable.
