    I ordered one bottle of Total Package Serum on August 1, 2025 and was charged $53.95 which included paying for shipping. The product did not work for me and I contacted them on September 9 to return it for a refund. I followed their instructions which needed a verified return number ******* and tracking number, 9500 1118 4557 5253 4300 80 and was received by them September 15, 2025. I tried numerous times to contact them prior to sending and afterwards trying to find out when I would get my refund. There was no communication back from them. They would not answer the phones or respond to my emails or chats. which was very stressful. I have since read many negative reviews about them with this same problem and others. I feel their nonresponse is a ploy to make me go away.

    Thank you so much for contacting Suncoast Sciences in my behalf.  I had immediate reaction and was called by an agent this afternoon. Apparently there was a problem with confusion in communication where an agent responded from an incorrect email address.  My refund was issued to my card on September 12 and I was given the verification number for that transaction.  All is well and right and I am so relieved.  Thank you again. It is wonderful to know there is BBB to help with these issues

    Thank you for your speed in contacting Suncoast Sciences on my behalf.  I received a phone call the same day from an agent at their company.  There was confusion in my understanding how to communicate with them resulting in my not receiving messages.  The agent was polite and apologetic for the misunderstanding.  My refund was issued to my credit card September 12 so the issue has been resolved and I would like to withdraw my complaint.

    I made a purchase in March 2025 of the Total Package Serum with a satisfaction guaranteed, money back, etc. The product is worthless. I think ****************** jelly would have performed better. I'm trying to return the product, and they are making it impossible, offering all kinds of incentives (20% refund) to keep the product. I've had 4 email exchanges denying their offers, just wanting to return for a full refund. According to them, their "AI' doesn't recognize my email address which is necessary to complete the forms to return. I'm not even sure they ever had my email address, as I believe I purchased this on my phone from a pop-up ad. This totally falls in line with numerous other complaints I've read.

    Just to clarify about the self-service portal: we require an email address at the time of purchase so that you can receive order and shipping confirmations, as well as log in to manage your order. If the email entered at login doesnt exactly match the one used on your order, it may cause a login error. We provide the portal as a 24/7 option so customers can self-service even when our team isnt immediately available, but we are always happy to step in directly as we did here to ensure your request is fully taken care of.

    Weve also reached out with two voicemails and two follow-up emails, and were just waiting to hear back with the best time and day to connect with you directly so we can make sure this matter is closed to your complete satisfaction.

    Trying to return merchandise back to Sun Coast Sciences and have no help from the company but see numerous complaints filed against them like mine.

    Looking back through our records, your order was fully refunded on August 2, 2025. Then, when you spoke with our team again on August 18, 2025, we also sent you the return instructions by email. Its very possible those messages ended up in your spam or promotions folder, and were sorry if that caused any extra hassle for you.

    At this point, theres no need to return the two bottles you have please go ahead and keep them with our compliments. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we want to make sure this is resolved in a way that feels easy and fair for you.

    This company offered a buy 6 get 6 free offer. There was nothing on the web order form that required that I become a subscriber or that I could not receive 6 free if I ordered from them previously. I contacted the company via email after I placed the order online and the email I received back from the representative confirmed that the order was placed and that I would get 6 bottles free. The order was delivered today with only 6 bottles. I spent almost an hour on hold waiting for a representative until my call timed out with no response and the phone went dead. I also sent an email to the representative that confirmed my order and free bottles. I have not heard anything. I never wouldve purchased the product if they were not serious about following through with the promotion. Bait and switch. I requested that they refund my money and send a shipping label so I could return the product. I would also be fine with their honoring the promotion.

    Trying to cancel my subscription! Your phone is a scam trying to send me $100 in certificates and will not take me to the customer service ***** The portal does not send a code to log into my account. Sent an email and did not get a response!

    We did receive your return email on June 16, 2025, and refunded two of your four returned orders that same day. Unfortunately, we missed processing the remaining two at that time. That was completely our fault, and we take full responsibility.
    As of today, all outstanding refunds have been fully processed. You should see the amounts reflected back to your original payment method soon, depending on your banks timeline.

    I ordered this product (Total Night Cream). They just sent 3 more jars which I did not order. I want to send it back and cancel any further orders. I listened to several recorded spiels about ****************** plans, ********* and others. All recorded and never a word from a human. This a SCAM ! Im sure the positive reviews are all fake. ****** any further orders.

    Through an ad on ********, I ordered 3 bottles of Total Serum for ******. Before finishing the order a pop up appeared to purchase 3 bottles and get 3 free. I clicked on this thinking it would override my previous selection. There was no indication whatsoever stating the 6 bottles would be in addition to the other 3. I received a call from a person by the name of **** **************. This is her direct line. When I spoke to her on July 2 and explained the above I asked her to cancel the 6 additional bottles, she said she couldnt because it had already shipped. She said there would be no problem returning them once I received them. I also asked her to cancel any auto shipments. She confirmed that wouldnt be necessary since it was a one-time order. As soon as I received the package I called **** and asked her if the total of 9 bottles was included in this package. She confirmed it was 9 bottles. I asked her to send me the instructions/return label to return the package. She said she put in the request for the instructions to be sent and that I should receive it in a day or two. That was on July 10. Today is July 17 and I have still have not received the return instructions. When I called **** on the 17th to follow-up, no one answered the phone. The other times I had called, she answered on the first ring and said Hi *****. I left a message for her to return my call. I see there have been many complaints against Sun Coast Sciences. Please add this one to the growing list.

    Today I spoke to ******** who resolved this issue/complaint. My methods of payment were credited and he graciously let me keep 2 of the 9 bottles free of charge.

    Was charged $117 twice and company set up recurring charge when I had not checked recurring charge all for a one-time $49 order

    Weve looked into your account and only found a single order for $117. There is no active subscription associated with your profile, and we werent able to locate a second charge for the same amount.

    That said, just to make things right, weve gone ahead and refunded the $117 charge and sent you a coupon for a free product as a thank you for your patience.

    Its possible that because you paid via ******, you may have received both a ****** receipt in addition to our order confirmation, which could have made it seem like there were two separate charges. But if you do have any additional detailslike another transaction ID, or a screenshot of the second chargewed be more than happy to investigate further and ensure everything is fully resolved.
