1 starHORRIBLE VINDICTIVE BULLY **** *******. If you dont agree with her, or do things her way (or sentry way) she subjects your community free game for the opinions of all other managers in the office as to how they would make us do it the sentry way. Extremely unprofessional. She would threaten her staff if they spoke to anyone in our community or our manager at the time they could look for another job. She has done nothing but LIE to us, our homeowners. She has made defamatory comments about us, our community and our former manager to vendors that we work with. Mine and our presidents signatures were forged, we went to corporate with this instead of doing an investigation we were told they were not forged and swept it under the rug, Im not stupid enough to sign ANY document let alone a LEGAL document that has both my first and last names misspelled. We parted ways in mid March, thats when she found out about the forgery and she too claimed it wasnt forged because thats what she was told by corporate. She had access to ALL our money, and while she still had control over our operating funds she NEVER paid our bills, insurance cancelled (has been reinstated). Myself and our president went to the office to pick up checks and invoices as a favor to our new management company. The incompetent office manager gave us a paper to sign, we refused 1. the previous office managers name was on the paper 2. there were items missing from what was requested. We got to the car and discovered that we were missing funds for over $300,000.00 so we filed a police report to protect us and our new management company. Also the invoices we received were never opened and they were the water and electric bills for our community.She just turned that check over 3 days ago, and the president of our management company had to go get the check from her. Advice if you choose to use them: DONT disagree, question or call **** out on her BS or shell retaliate against you too.Sentry Management, Inc.

5 starsOur Property Manager with Sentry is truly awesome, always responsive and on top of all things pertaining to our community. Sentry also has a tremendous management and support staff; we really do not have any issues current or past that Sentry has not been able to resolve. They keep us informed and incompliance with all State regulations and new laws.
If you are seeking a great Property Management firm, I highly recommend using Sentry.Sentry Management, Inc.

1 starThis company willfully breaks the law, even after being advised that a horrible *** president may instruct them to break the laws of Idaho out of ignorance and hate, but it is incumbent on both to know and obey the laws. They use the instructions of the **** if they are the management company being paid you would think they would advise the *** to use proper due process, and that they can not fail too just because of ignorance on the part of the Board. Both lack competence and have been notified of there failure in every category, neglect by the association , lack of due process, ongoing billing errors, failure of any person at any level in the company to follow through with any level of customer service, or integrity, an absolute refusal to do the right thing , I have never been more disgusted with any company. If I could give them a zero I would. Our neighborhood is experiencing severe neglect under there management, nothing is ever done according to our Bylaws , ***'s, 18 months to fix a tennis court net, The management company caused damage to our common area over a year ago that caused , the loss of another tree, that has not been replaced, a lot of trees in the neighborhood are diseased and have not been treated for many years now, Sprinklers are out of adjustment and damaging the new fence for over a year, there are boards missing in the fence for over a year. This is not acceptable, all while harassing neighbors over far less of a problem then they have caused and are ignoring. The double standard is a joke. I understand the *** Board shares in the problems, but they need better guidance from a management company all residents are paying to improve the management of our area, not defend beyond the scope of current laws the failures of the Board to manage anything correctly. I have given both the company and the *** every opportunity to do the right thing and no-one will. **************************** ,*****Sentry Management, Inc.
