5 starsStarting from the way-back machine, The Drain Team expertly installed a water softener in our home 17 years ago...well, the device died LATE afternoon of a Thursday...and the dispatcher was able to send out **** the following day (**** even worked with me that Thursday evening viva Mobile Phone to ensure I could shut-off the broken softener and still rcv water for the home). **** arrived promptly that next day and replaced the water softener in an expedient, courteous, and professional manner. **** IS A KEEPER! We were HAPPY with The Drain Team 17 years ago...AND WE'RE STILL HAPPY!!! A Huge Thank You to The Drain Team.

5 stars***** and *** of the Drain Team have done work for me personally and for the entire complex where my condo is, in *************. They show up promptly; do a great job; and are beyond helpful in determining the best approach to projects. They recently did a top-notch job in relocating our community shower, something that required cutting cement for the new plumbing conduits, and they repaired the concrete when they were done. They do quality work for a decent price, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing job!The Drain Team

5 starsChris came out to give me a quote for our community. He explained what was involved and how long it would take. I called multiple companies but only was quoted over the phone.
