1 starI've experienced the same fraudulent and poor business practices at the hands of this company. They sent me a 2nd shipment of product for $199 I didn't want or request, as the product doesn't work. I've made numerous phone calls (they say you're automatically enrolled when you make your first purchase- if that's the case, the terms are hidden or obscured) and they tried to chew me down by offering a discount to keep the product. I refused. They finally agreed to take the product back. I sent it all back over a month ago; after a few other phone calls, they confirmed they received it and would issue a refund in 7-10 business days. That was weeks ago. They specifically asked me at the time if I'd filed fraud charges or a dispute with my bank, which I had not. HINDSIGHT. This morning they informed me my refund was still being processed, and they would contact their billing department to see what the could be done. They billed me July 2nd. How long did they need?? I informed them I'd waited long enough, their practices are deceitful or least of all misleading, and I would be going through my bank to file charges.. they said they were sorry I wasn't happy. REALLY Unfortunately, typical banks only give you 60 days (or two banking cycles) to follow up with a fraud complaint. Not only did this company send me a junk-product, they resent more of it a month later, charged me 3x what I paid for the original junk-product, then used stall tactics to wear me down about my refund until i was out of options. If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
As a one-time courtesy, we issued a full refund for the second order without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

1 starI signed up for one bottle at 34.00 and they charged me for a full set of pills that cost 250.00. I called to cancel and get a refund they told me to send back and I would get a refund. It has been 6 months, I call each month and they say it was a mistake, last month they said they would send a check and it would be 5-7 business days, it has been two and a half weeks. It is scam!!! Always an indian customer service person, outsourced. They have no legal team, I asked, no supervisors, I asked. I will never see my money and I am single mom with two kids...thanks a lot.
