  My account was charged $213.99 unauthorized after 4 months of canceling after the first order. Ridiculous!

  This is a fraudulent business automatically subscribe you to a monthly subscription without consent takes full amount of money then when you call to cancel and get money back they take from bank account they try to give you a deal first deal was $20 and the gummies then $34.99 back refused again then lady said $39.99 and no gummies if I refused that offer she'd go back down to $34.99 which is ridiculous product doesn't work they took the money give me my money back full amount of $69.99 for both months I didn't get product smh

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
  
  We issued a full refund for the last order as the customer requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

  I agree that this company is a scam. I cancelled the order immediately after my credit card company texted me not to buy this product. The cancellation did not go through and I was charged $159 on my credit card, but did not receive the product. I called the company and said the shipment was on the way. I received it a few days later. I called and said I was going to return it and they gave me all the numbers needed to return. I sent the items back on July 15th, 2022 and it was received by the company on 7/18. I have not received a refund. I will never buy any products of which I don't recognize the name. Not a good way to make money.

  literally, the gummies are not working it's totally a scam .and I don't why every month my card is charged 211$ by itself. I would like you to please look into the problem and kindly refund my 522$chtaged for 2 months .this is ridiculous and annoying seeing every month.

  They're a scam. The product doesn't work and they automatically enroll you in a subscription so they continue to charge you. I've sent an email telling them to cancel whatever they enrolled me in but will surely not hear back. We reported them to our credit card.

  I also got ripped off from this company. After talking to them and trying to understand the person I talked to I sent the unopened product back. Still waiting for a refund. Sent it back first class, they received it a month ago....no email when they said they would sent me one.

  I received 5 bottles for $199.99. Returned 2 days later, with Return Authorization code. I have receipt from *** verifying they received them. It is 3 months later and I still have not been refunded. I have called 7 times now and each time they tell me they are showing the credit department has approved and I will get the refund in 2-3 days. I still have not gotten it. It is fraudulent company! DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have placed a dispute with my credit card to hopefully get refunded by them.

  I ordered in July 2022 1 bottle for 39.99. When I did not get a confirmation email , I checked my bank account. The company charged $267.99 to my debit account. I called Get Trim Life for the last 3 months for a refund and get the run around. I cancelled the product cancelled my account to prevent further charges. Customer service is not helpful. They blame the delay on the Billing department. However when I ask to speak to the billing department they can't connect me. Every time I call they give me the same answer. I am going to the bank tomorrow to see if they can help. Do not buy anything from them!
